FSWEAT BROTHERSThe county gave us 3 weeks to cut down a dead tree. The day after I received the notice I called Sweat Brothers. Ed said they would have no trouble getting to it in that amount of time and scheduled to come and give an estimate on Saturday. Saturday came and went. Sunday he showed up to look at the tree. He quoted $300 and, despite our reservations about his tardiness for the meeting and his extremely unprofessional communication while there, we agreed to have them do the work. After 2 weeks of not hearing back we attempted to call both the cell and 'office' numbers and contact via FB message (no email given) and he NEVER RESPONDED to any correspondence. Soooo... with only days to spare, we contacted another tree service who was more than prompt and professional and took the tree down for us with no collateral damage and no fuss. It should be noted that two friends at work referred me to Sweat Bro.s and when I mentioned the "ghosting" behavior to one of them, he said they are extremely slow and poorly responsive. This was further confirmation that this is how Ed likes to run his business...thanks but no thanks.- Kristie B.

He was congenial and professional and payed close attention to our concerns, including a buried drain line at risk of being crushed by heavy equipment in the yard. His price was very competitive. His crew came sooner than we had expected to complete the job; all work was completed in the course of one afternoon and cleanup was thorough. ABrian's Tree ServiceVery, very satisfactorily. Brian was in communication with me from the beginning. He was traveling when I contacted him, so he told me he would come to my home to assess the job. The next morning he was here as planned, and gave me a price for the job. He was GREAT to work with as I am a birder, and had some very specific requests concerning the trimming. My trees are approximately 60-70 feet high, and I hadn't had them seriously thinned for 5 years. He met all my requests, and then some. I also changed course, and had him totally remove a large Mulberry that was in my front yard- complete with stump removal. All these requests were met with success. I was very satisfied with him work, attitude, helpers, clean-up and all other items associated with the entire job. The weather was not a help, but he worked around that, and completed my job in one day. GREAT WORK would recommend him to anyone. Professional!!- Nancy E.

ABrian's Tree ServiceBrian did an excellent job! I asked him to remove one large tree and one medium size trunk, plus the stumps. I also asked him to remove another large stump and three smaller ones. Since I was having new landscaping put in, I was under a time crunch so he did the work as soon as he could - that is, after the week and a half of rain finally stopped. His crew did a great job, cleaned up after very well. They even took care removing some other limbs I cut down earlier from the back yard. I was very pleased and highly recommend.- Christopher H.

There were several large / heavy branches hanging in trees throughout the yard that were not included on the original quote. They removed every last one of them. He did not charge for the extra work and said that they posed a real danger if he hadn't taken them down. What a great experience, I wish I had more work for him!!!!!- Brion O.

ABrian's Tree ServiceWe shopped around before choosing Brian's tree service. Estimates from others ranged from $600 - $3200 for the exact same job. We chose Brian's based on price & reviews posted here. The work was performed over two visits, trees were taken down and trimmed the first day but the ground was too wet to take out the stumps so they returned within a few days to finish the job. They cleared everything and cleaned up. We were very happy with them. They even ground down another stump that I added on when they were there. I really appreciated their flexibility to add on to the job last minute.- Tim S.

Brian returned their initial inquiry call quickly and made an appointment to come out and quote the job. He called that morning to confirm and tell him he was on the way. He was courteous, quoted the job and came prepared to do the work on the spot -which he did. He worked efficiently, and did a great job. He clean up was good and his price was reasonable.
