    Response time was excellent. The tech checked furnace thoroughly. Everything was in proper working order. He determined that a heavy wind gust entered the exhaust vent which caused the furnace to cycle off for 3 hours as it is designed to do. This was an education since I was not aware of this feature and had never experienced it in 14 years in our home. The tech pointed out that the inside of the furnace cover described this potential situation. The heat came back during his visit.

    The entire staff (from phone call to installation), was efficient, professional and courteous. I���ve never been happier with a home service. We just moved into a split level home and the furnace is not powerful enough to reach some of our home. We were unbiasedly provided with multiple options and given ample time to decide. The estimate was the most thorough of all 4 estimates we received. The price was comparable with all other places. When we decided on installing the Mitsubishi ���slim��� units in two bedrooms, the job was scheduled within one week. When staff arrived, they immediately covered all floor surfaces with tarps to ensure mess was contained. The installation staff were beyond professional and so efficient. The job was done in two days with zero interruption in our daily schedule (I have a toddler, too!). Hands down, I would recommend Luxury to anyone. We will definitely use them for any future needs on our home.

    All is well. Took out a new contract for 2018-19 at a price of $179.00. Great deal includes check of air conditioner next year and a check of my furnace in the fall. Also only $72.00 charge for emergency calls if necessary instead of the overtime charge. I have done business with this company since1983. Never had a problem. Their techs are all courteous and certainly know what they're doing. Omar was very personable and answered all my questions.

    Our furnace stopped Xmas AM & although we got an answering Person @ 9:00AM on the phone, she promised someone would return the call within a half hour. 20 minutes later we received a call & the tech was at our house very shortly after. FAST response!! The universal board that the tech had with him, did not work for our furnace, but the one we needed was installed the following AM day. Very satisfied!! The tech told us the holiday service rate upfront, so no surprise between the service call on a holiday, the price of the part & his time to install.

    They come out twice a year for maintenance; once in the Summer and once in the Winter time.  There was no charge for this service because I have a contract with them.  This is an older type of a heat pump, which when the temperature drops below 40°, even though it will try to pull some hot air out of the outside air by compressing it, they say it's not worth it.  You're running the compressor and you're not getting that much heat out of it.  So when it drops below 40° outside, put it on emergency heat and that puts the electric heaters on.  Otherwise you're gonna damage the compressor; you're running it full speed and it's not worth it - you're not getting too much hot air out of it.  The electric bill goes up a little when you're running the electric elements, which is emergency heat, that's what that is.  As for price, I never shopped around, so B.  When we make a schedule, they come out when they say they're coming out.

    When I gave my review with Angie's I was disappointed NOT in the service, by the technician, but the lack of customer service from their office. The Technician was great and competed the necessary tune-up and replaced a part that was defective, for that an A rating is well deserved. When the appointment was made I was informed i would be contacted 24 hours before to at least give us a window of when the service would be done. The main issue we had was with the customer service department. We did not get the call 24 hours prior and on the day of service we made over 5 - 6 calls trying to get a ball park when a technician would arrive. Because, there was an incident in our family and we had to leave, but waited till the service was done. I was impressed that the day after the review, I was contacted by the Sal's Heating and Cooling and the Company's representative was eager for me to explain my displeasure, to listen, make restitution for my inconvenience and correct the problem internally so it would not happen in the future. I was quite impressed and completely changed by original view and rating. I understand unless an issue is brought to managements attention it can not be corrected.

    Jim Oswald arrived on time and did a thorough job. He let me know about the dirt on my outside AC unit and that he cleaned it all up. The service is part of my contract so there was no cost other than the replacement filter.
