When Margaret and her assistant Mario arrived she said she had a PASSION for cleaning. Her words proved to be true. They were diligent, hard working, efficient and professional. I have hard wood floors and tile that needed to be cleaned on hands and knees and they did a thorough job! Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, showers, bathtub also moving furniture to do an amazing job! FTerrible! I was contacted and told someone would be available on a particular date and time. They could not provide anyone on the first, second or third date they offered and they cancelled all three appointments. Finally they suggested a fourth date and time, I agreed with the proviso that if they failed to perform this time to cancel me as a customer and give me a full refund for the advance I made on my credit card, They failed for a 4th time & gave me a refund, Next thing I know someone comes to my door a short time later to clean. I refused admittance and said I had terminated Handy's services. Then I checked my credit card to find Handy had withdrawn a fee for this second, unauthorized, service. They have no given me a full refund and I do not know if they have removed me as a customer.

AWe had the house cleaned in two stages. Two ladies came the first time to deep clean the downstairs including the disgusting kitchen. They were in and out in four hours and the place looked great. I thought the fridge was almond colored. Turns out it's white! They came back yesterday to clean the second floor which was not as disgusting as the first floor. In two and half hours they had the bathroom glistening and the windows shining. Cannot say enough about what a great job they did both times.
