AJosh the Window CleanerJosh’s showed up to my home on time, politely explained what they were going to do and actually explained the value of keeping my gutters cleaned even showed me the debris and how it could be damaging, They proceeded to clean up and I was able to pay with an app conveniently on their phone. The price was very reasonable and provide me with a sense of peace as I wouldn’t want my husband on a Ladder so high up. This was what we discussed on the phone the week before. Including the special treatment for the roofs to eliminate moss. He completed the work in under three hours. ARick the owner cleaned my windows inside. I left for work and came home to sparkling windows. I did have one concern with two small high windows. I called Rick and he immediately apologized for my having to call him. He then came back to see what I was seeing, which turned out to be a problem with old window film, not the cleaning. However, Rick was very professional in handling the situation, which is less common these days. I will DEFINITELY use them again!

FThe service person did not show at the appointed time. When he showed he could get no access to water because we were not home. The company claimed that they did the work, which was impossible. Without out access to water gutters could not be cleaned. We had the technician out another time and cleaned the gutters. We paid for that visit. However the Gutter Boys has spent six months sending us bills for the visit that never happened. We have spoken to them and emailed with them. They are fraudulently trying to collect money for work that was not done. Beware of their dishonesty.
