  • We just purchased a car from Buick, the local dealer here. The name of the local dealership is Joyce Buick. The service over there went beautiful. The sales man was very good, the entire team was very good actually. Of course, I would tell a friend about them and I would go again and use them. They were within my budget. You always want to pay as less as possible but they were priced fairly. The quality of the dealership is very good, it is a very nice place.

  • I bought a new Ford Escape from AutoNation earlier this week and it was the best car-buying experience of my life. I worked with Bev Olecki and she (and the rest of their team) worked hard to get me a great deal on my car. There was no pressure and Bev helped me select the most cost effective options for my needs. Bev found the car I was looking for at another local dealer and brought the car over to AutoNation. After we finished our price negotiations, she handed me over to their Finance Office where (much to my surprise) my deal was promptly completed with no delays or problems. All in all, a great experience. I look forward to buying here again in the future.

  • I was interested in replacing my '05 Escape with another SUV and was searching for a '12 or newer vehicle. Mike Bass Ford had a '12 Ford Escape on their lot and I wanted to take a second look at it. I flagged down a salesman, Bill Wasem, and inquired about the car. During the test drive, Bill explained the details of the car, where it was from, etc. Not pushy about getting me to purchase it or inquiring about my finances. I really liked the vehicle and mentioned that I was also interested in a Mazda SUV.
    He was able to assist me at Bass Mazda and we took a new CX-5 for a test drive. Again, no pushy sales pitch. 
    After the test drive, I was truly unable to decide which SUV I should purchase (may everyone's problems be that small). This is when prices were discussed and we came to a bottom line figure on both vehicles and my trade. Still no push from Bill toward one car or the other. He offered me a solo test drive in the Mazda and the second test drive convinced me to "bite the bullet" and go 2014, with a longer loan. The finance rate was great and no prepayment penalty. 
    The color I wanted was not on their lot, but they located one and within 3 days, I was happily driving a new car. 
    The details of the financing were clearly explained and before I left, one of the employees sat in the car with me and explained the technical features of the car. 
    So far (3 days after receipt) I'm happy with my choice, no buyer's remorse.
    Hopefully, I won't have to write a review in the near future about the Bass Mazda service department. I did opt for an extended warranty, but was persuaded into it by my coworkers, not the loan officer.

  • They have been great to work with. They are very concerned with keeping things right. I get a car wash with an oil change. I know that they bend over backwards when I am not satisfied with their service. They do what it takes to keep their customers happy. They are always very pleasant and accommodating. They send email reminders for getting my oil changed.
