    The initial diagnostic was free, which was different than the dealership. The repair of the cruise control was of average cost (but still lower than the dealership). Everything was fair financially. They were also able to finish the service in the time frame they had estimated, which was very convenient. They also handed me a folder with the information on my problem as well as information on all their general services. The company itself is also running a lot of promotions, such as coupons and gift cards, they give little toys to children and sometimes have cookies available! This place treats you as a friendly customer, not just another transaction! They really valued my service! It was an experience I did not expect at an auto service company.

    Leo Lucks Auto Repair
    I was very happy with Leo Lucks. Saw the good reviews here and on other sites so thought I would rather give my money to a smaller business instead of a dealer.  I dropped it off at around 9 am, they called with an estimate around noon and had it done by 3. Sure not as fast as a dealership  - they are busy - but I didn't need to wait. Plus the cost was probably $60-$70 less than the dealership. Shawn was very friendly and they seem like a very professional shop.  Repair seems great too....I'll bring cars there for repairs in the future.

    I worked with Tony and he delivered an excellent overall experience!!  I honestly can't say enough positive things about him and his crew.
    Drove the car there around 3:30pm on a Friday.  Tony had a good sense of what the issue probably was, and the car was inspected with the issue confirmed in less than 2 minutes.  The repair was made in less than 10 minutes and is under warranty for 1 year.  I paid and left with a smooth sounding vehicle in less than 15 minutes!

    They were so nice.  They did not take advantage of me because I was a woman.  They are very professional and really care.
    I felt they were very honest and very reasonable. 
    They scanned the system ABS control module. They replaced the ABS control assembly and replaced the air flow sensor (at no charge)

    Pat was wonderful to work with. He  (and his lovely daughter) are personable, friendly and obviously very competent at their jobs. Pat ordered and painted the bumper to the exact color of the car. When I dropped the car off to be repaired he asked if I needed a ride for the hour or so the repair would take. When I told him I would walk to a nearby shopping area he said "It's raining, drive over" and tossed me his personal car keys. Thats the kind of guy he is. I could not be happier with the experience and I will go back to him for any future repair.

    My cousin recommended and spoke highly of Great Lakes Automotive Clinic because she know the owner and his wife. I had already purchased the headlight bulb with intentions on learning to install it myself, so...with the headlight bulb supplied, my wife took the car in. 16 hours later and at a cost of $200.00 for (1) headlight bulb replaced (which I supplied). At a later time when I found out how to change it myself, it took all of 5 minutes. I would not and will never recommend this repair shop to ANYONE!!! Do  yourself a favor and steer clear and tell others to do so as well!!

    It was a horrible experience. Sales person was friendly enough at the start when I stopped to look and happily took me on a test drive. As soon as I tried to negotiate price, the Sales person's attititude changed 180 degrees. He became condensending and even derrogetory. He basically said, let me tell you what you will be paying for this car. When I countered the highly inflated price, the Sales person told me that if I wanted if I wanted to pay less, he'd find me something that had been in an accident. He proceded to explain that the dealership had more money in the car than what they were asking for on the sticker. He told me that I would have to pay $250 for a second key. Oh, yes, and I'd have to pay $200 more if I chose to do a cash deal because they would lose that amount of incentive from the bank. WHAT? The next day the Sales person called to ask me if I had reconsidered my position. When I said he hadn't given me an answer on my counter offer. I was told that I didn't have a clue about the auto purchasing process.
    Just to note, I was offering to make a cash deal so my ability to pay for the car, or qualify for financing was not a consideration. I will also point out that I did not low ball. I offered a fair price. How do I know the price I offered was fair? Because today, one week later, the car is on their lot for exactly the same price that I made in my original offer.
    The good end to this story for me is that I found a car (certified pre-owned) with both keys, better equipped, a more desirable color, and lower miles, at a friendly dealership that negotiated with me to a very fair price.
    I would not recommend Ganley Westside for anything.

    Avon Recovery And Towing
    Had a problem with one of the front brakes on my SUV.  Stopped in to see if they could help.  They put my vehicle on the lift immediately, pulled the tire and were able to determine the problem.  They fixed the problem (with some help from their box of spare brake parts (that were new, but I wasnt charged) and put new pads on it.  The longest wait was for the parts store to deliver the new pads.  Honest, knowledgeable, fair, quick.  Couldnt ask for more.  Don't let the look of the place fool you.  These guys know what they are doing and do it well.

    I have been using them for 4 cars for 12 years. Service has been excellent. Loius is extremely honest. They have done all routine things all the way up to rebuilding a motor. they kept my Mercedes station wagon going to 350, 000 miles.

    I don't feel they did anything to my breaks. They also were supposed to do an oil change and inspection. I went to get an appointment and had to wait a week to get in. I was 30 minutes early dropping off my car. The oil change was supposed to take an hour and a half and after they had my car for 3 hours I still had not heard from them. I called three times and they never returned any of my phone calls. They were rude and did not have the common courtesy to call me back and lied to me. There is no difference in the breaks.
