Everything went good, this was a lot of work to do and they completed everything in a timely manner and the quality of work was exceptional. The owner was very helpful and courteous as well as the builders working for the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done. Thanks for the great job done Advantage.

I called quite a few roofers and from my experience with them, they are one of the best. They covered all the bases and provided me with their insurance papers. They did a beautiful job, every question that I had they would answer, showed me the materials, good communication and cleaned up everything. They were really good.

I am so disappointed with this company and its representatives. My roof was replaced: pieces of wood are showing, it took well into the evening hours to do,  they tore off my gutter guard and were supposed to replace them, they destroyed my landscape lighting and was supposed to replace them.

After calling them several times and not getting a call back from Mike Ward, the Rep, I gave up. I'm a single female and I feel as if I was taken advantage of all the way.

I would NOT recommend this company or any of its side companies to anyone. I'm so disappointed in how they represented themselves to me .

Everything about the process with them was excellent. From the sales side, Kenny Sullinger was outstanding. They communicated extremely well, the installers were prompt and courteous, and they were able to squeeze me in during the holiday time when nobody else could/would.  I can't think of a single negative. This was the first time they'd done a roof for us, but we've purchased windows and doors from them for 2 houses and they've always been outstanding. You pay for what you get.

John and his crew were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. He took the time to explain some of the problem areas that they had to repair. I decided to replace the garage roof myself and John took the time to show me how to work with the architectural shingles. His crew thoroughly cleaned the yard before leaving. My wife and I were very satisfied.

Outdoor results: The roofing crew was on time and on task all day. There work ethic was commendable. They also provided covering for shrubs and bushes. there was no trash or debris left on the property. Indoor results: The indoor repair was equally successful. He repaired and matched the ceiling design to perfection. It was obvious the painter took pride in his work. . Conclusion: The Durst employees were professional, efficient, and competent. I would highly recommend the Durst Company. It was a totally positive experience.

I originally contracted with them in October 2008 to tear off and replace my roof. There were several immediate indications that the work was sub-par: they didn't replace any plywood sheeting, they made no effort to clean nails or debris, and they didn't replace the 45 year old flashing around the chimney. By October 2012 I found several severe leaks along the ridge vent. I had to call the company numerous times over the course of several months before they would even return my calls. Finally, in January 2013, their roofer (different crew from the original install) came to repair the leaks. After the initial repair, four more leaks developed and they repaired the roof three more times by August 2013. After the most recent leak, I demanded that the roof be replaced. It was clearly not installed properly by the previous crew (they no longer works for the company). The owner, Tony Testa, refuted my claims and refused to cover the cost of the replacement. He said they only typically guarantee their work for one year and implied that I was lucky that he was even repairing my roof in the first place. After going back and forth for several days, he agreed to replace the roof for about cost of materials. They installed new, thicker plywood sheeting on the entire roof. His current crew does all work by hand (no air guns) and appear to have done a quality job. While the final product is a solid roof, it took over a year of phone calls and complaints to finally get the problem resolved. Because of the poor responsiveness, need for repeat fixes, and additional cost, I wouldn't do business with Advantage again.

Groover Roofing and siding was excellent in working with.  My roof was badly damaged from age and hail and storms.  They came out with a team of at least 12 workers and replaced my roof and skylight within the working day. They also hauled the old shingles and cleaned up upon completion.  Now, over one year later, the roof and skylight are holding up well with NO leaks whatsoever. They were efficient, quick and professional. I would highly recommend them for your roofing concerns.

After receiving several bids form various contractors, I hired Mike Little to replace the shingles on my house and shed. I went with Mr. Little because he seemed like a detailed oriented roofer and I was leary about going witht the bigger companies and getting lost in the mix. Also, Mr. Little went to great effort to talk poorly and cast doubt about all other contractors. After I had to call and have Mr. Little come back and look at two low spots on the roof. Mr. Little did go back on the roof and assured me that that the wood was solid and was just thin plywood. A couple of weeks later  I noticed that the drip edge was not installed the same around the house and shed. I also noticed that the shed was roofed two different ways. I called Mr. Little and he accused us of being difficult and just not liking the shingle color. He said that he would stop by when he had a chance, but that everything was fine. I told him to not come onto the property without me and he never called back. Since then I have had several roofers and a home inspector look at the house to evaluate the work. To date it has been documented that the shingles were not staggered properly, the used damaged shingles, the cut installed shingles while cutting ridge caps, the drip edge is wrong, the shed is roofed wrong, there are sags that should have been fixed, flashing is missing and the low spots were caused by cracked plywood! We are looking at a total reroof at this point.
