  I am so disappointed with this company and its representatives. My roof was replaced: pieces of wood are showing, it took well into the evening hours to do,  they tore off my gutter guard and were supposed to replace them, they destroyed my landscape lighting and was supposed to replace them.

  After calling them several times and not getting a call back from Mike Ward, the Rep, I gave up. I'm a single female and I feel as if I was taken advantage of all the way.

  I would NOT recommend this company or any of its side companies to anyone. I'm so disappointed in how they represented themselves to me .

  John and his crew were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. He took the time to explain some of the problem areas that they had to repair. I decided to replace the garage roof myself and John took the time to show me how to work with the architectural shingles. His crew thoroughly cleaned the yard before leaving.   they replaced my roof in fine fashion. the entire job took them five hours but i had to hound them for four months after i contracted them to come and do it. i don't like to have to beg if i'm paying.
  while they were at it i had them replace my spouting. they screwed up the one stipulation i had--that i expressed to four different people--and they had to redo it.. the guys doing the work acted like i was trespassing on their property. after all was said and done, the job was completed satisfactorily, i guess, but i imagine i could have had it done with less stress by someone else.

  Started when they were scheduled.  Were very professional. Had to get more decking sent out after work started because more was rotten than initially believed.but finished the work timely.  Took care to explain what they were doing as the performed the work and showed me the rotten decking.
