    I had a $10 off coupon so it was $46 or something like that.  I would certainly recommend them.  I make appointments, but you don't always have to.  You can just drive up there.  That makes it convenient.  Their waiting area is very nice.  Big screen tv, beverages, coffee, popcorn machine, etc. It's very nice. The workers were very polite and professional.

    Within  days the tires were  still loosing air. I went  to  another Tire store (Elmo's in struther) The left  tire  was not  resealed  properly and right  had not  been touched (  they  could  tell  by the amount  of build  up on the rims)  Even though I was charged  for both  tires.

    I took my son 2005 Kia in for loosing coolant,over heating, and no heat. . After
    nearly  500.00, in repairs and 3 trips  back, it was still not right. It went
    back in I was told he had blown a head gasket the would need $1500.00 more.
    The company was  fast to offer me $300.00 dollars to buy it. I  drove  to Lorain
    and towed  the  car to my  Mechanic in Youngstown, (costing  me  an additional
    150.00) ,  It turns out the rear heater hose was rotted out ( due  to  road
     salt) a problem common to KIA's it was a $65.00 in parts  and $140.00in labor.
    The head gasket was not blown. After my mechanic fixed  it I  drove  it for  5
     days,  my  son came  to  Youngstown to pick  it up, drove it  100 miles  back
    to Lorain  and has been driving it for almost two  weeks with no problems.  It
     also had an oil change  and pressure was tested. Everything was  fine.  This
    company missed  the original  problem of  NO HEAT  and loosing antifreeze. and
     never fixed  it.  along with  trying  to charge me and  additional

    My breaks needed checked due to a screeching noise.  I assumed the pads or rotors needed replaced.  They were very honest in their assessment and only replaced what was needed.  They replaced the rear rotors and turned the front.  At least one set of pads were cleaned.  I don't remember if the other 2 had to be changed.  I was told that if the front rotors needed replaced in the near future they would take off the cost of turning them if I brought the car back.  They were very professional and the overall experience was good!  I have had no issues since the repair.

    My experience w/Midas was average at best.  I had a shimmy in the steering wheel of my '06 Accord and figured that my tires had to be balanced, plus I needed an oil change. I took my car to Midas and they performed my requested service.  The oil change was fine as expected, but for the price, my balance issues were not resolved.  The shimmy was gone at lower speeds BUT at high speeds it was still there. As a result, I returned and explained my situation. They rebalanced the tires but the issue still persisted. It took 3 trips to Midas to resolve it.

    My experience at the Honda Store has been excellent, especially working with the service managers Joe and Bob. Service is a little pricey BUT it is a dealership. More importantly I trust them to do the work that they do. They have worked on my '06 Accord and '08 Civic for the past several years and the work has always been done in a very timely and professional manner. I would give this service dept. very high reviews!

    The truck had a scheduled time to go in for service. They were right on time. They took me to a rental place to get a car to use. The repairs were a perfect color match. Couldn't tell that it had been run into.

    Found that I had a broken spring on one of my front struts. Larry at Patrick's service quickly got me a price on replacing the front struts and it ended up being about half the price of a local tire store. I've dealt with Patrick's service for several years now, I've always had good experiences with going there and wouldn't take my car any place else.

    Was another good experience at this dealership for service.  I was contacted by the service advisor when the cause of the coolant leak was discovered and was advised the hose would have to be ordered and the estimated date of getting the hose was December 4.  They got the hose a day early December 3 and completed the repair/service.  I will continue to do business with this dealership.
