They are very good. They're very nice, very prompt, they talk nicely to my dog, and sometimes, she really doesn't deserve it. You call them and they take care of whatever your question is within an hour if they have to consult a vet. They tell you what you need to know.

I was so impressed by Denise and her assistants loving caring nature. I was nervous about taking my puppy in for her first haircut and was so relaxed in just the first 5 minutes talking to them. I was worried my puppy would have been scared/stressed by the situation but when I walked in to get her she was wagging her tail and very happy. I told the groomers exactly how I wanted her cut and they listened and she looked beautiful. I will definitely recommend The Nanny's Salon to anyone that asks me.

Just took my very difficult long hair cat to Ginger-Snips because she had matted hair on her back.  I was expecting a full out battle to get it off, but Joyce was great with her.  Matt was taken care of within a matter of minutes and the cat was not traumatized.  This lady is obviously a serious animal lover and she was like a cat whisperer.  Highly recommend!

Heather provides outstanding customer service -- not just in making that original sale -- but after that big purchase.  She makes herself readily available by cell phone and responds to text messages quickly.  Within 2 days of our initial contact Heather visited our home and supplied an estimate.  She was back the next day to install the system -- which all went perfectly.  She successfully trained our dog -- and since then he has not challenged the borders of the property.  Our puppy outgrew the original small collar we had used so we texted Heather -- and she sent us the next size up at no charge -- we got it 2 days later!  When we moved the transmitter to the new collar we must have not tightened one of the posts well enough. When we discovered that a post was missing we texted Heather and she again sent the replacement part - free of charge - no questions asked.  Our experience with Dog Guard has been unequivocally positive.  We would highly recommend their services.  It is rare to find a company that is as responsive to small requests that make little profit as they are to that initial inquiry where they make a living.

Todd was very nice and professional. He gave me an estimate during the week and was out on the weekend installing the fence. He has a machine to lay the wire so install only takes a few hours. He cut across our driveway and sealed the cut, and made sure everything was in order with the cable/utility lines through our yard. He then fitted our dogs with collars and did an initial training session. He came out two times after this to do additional training, and would have come out again if the dogs needed it. He followed up a few times to see how progress was going and made it clear that we could call anytime.
We were a little unsure whether we wanted to spend the money to install an invisible fence, it cost about 1500 for both dogs. However, we are really happy with the decision and it is really nice to send the dogs outside for a while. They love being outside and it has helped our one dog with his separation anxiety by giving his some more independence.

We were woken up early in the morning to my dog screaming in pain. Once I saw the blood on the floor we immediately called Twinsburg Vet Clinic (thankfully they had just opened) and told them the situation. We rushed our dog straight to the clinic where they immediately assessed him, gave us an estimate for the cost with some options, and after we agreed to everything, they rushed him straight into surgery first thing. Later that afternoon they called us with an update that our dog was doing great and would be OK to go home that evening. Our dog had received 20 staples to close the 6 inch gash on his back leg. He was sent home that evening with two different pain killers, antibiotics, and a strict limited activity while the staples were in. I was concerned about the suture site getting a hematoma since it was bruising or an infection (because of drainage), so I had called twice during the two weeks our dog had his staples in. Each time the staff told me to bring him in and they helped put my fear to rest as he was looked at each time. The staff were wonderful! They were able to accommodate us immediately and had no problems answering every question I had. My dog healed up wonderfully and I have the Twinsburg Vet Clinic to thank for that! They were a real life-saver! :)

My dog, Doodle, is a senior poodle who is completely deaf and mostly blind. He is very careful when touched because he doesn't know who is doing it, and the great people at Dahl House handled him like he was their own. They were very understanding about his needs, and had no problem dealing with them. He had his favorite blanket that smelled like home, and ate his food according to our requests. I called daily, and got an update as to how he was doing; they were always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After 2 days, they recommended he be moved to the "geriatric" area because he had trouble with a step into their "rest room" (he does not navigate steps well at all) and I was grateful for their suggestion because I wanted him to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like the cost was appropriate for the quality of care he received. Cost above was combination of days he was boarded, and his bath.
I picked him up today and Doodle looks great! He was napping after his shampoo; he ate his dinner and is settling back into being home!
I have brought my dogs to Dahl House for years and have been very happy with their care. They actually spoon fed an older dog I brought there years ago! I also feel especially comfortable boarding there because they have a vet available for any health issues.

One time I came home early and saw a pet sitter there.   It was not the person I had expected to be there.    I thought the person I met with would be doing all of the pet sitting.      It was lightly raining on that day and my dog was completely dry.   Contractors working at my house said the dog had not been walked.   When I brought this to the owners attention, instead of apologizing, she refused to believe me. and responded very unprofessionally.   She said the person who had been there was her daughter and she would not believe that the dog had not been walked.    I see how she just responded to another complaint on this site.   It seems that she is unwilling to take responsibility.   Tip to business owner - acknowledge a mistake and you'll do better.   Every company will face situations where a customer is not satisfied.   It is how you respond to those situations that makes a lasting impression.

I used The Chalet Kennel. They did a really good job and it's a nice facility. The lady who groomed was very good and very interested in working on my dog. She was also very professional, like i expected.

We have Siberian Huskies.  We purchased 4 of these last year, (2013).  We have had pretty much all of them replaced.  We paid for overnight shipping originally, but when they originally shipped the order, one would not sync to the system, to become active.  When we called to tell them this they apologized and offered to send out a new one but it would be here in 7-10 business days.  I just paid $30 for overnight shipping it was THEIR fault for shipping a defective product and we had to wait for a new one.

The clips that attach these to the collars are horrible...if you have an animal that runs, plays or shakes its head a lot it WILL FALL OFF..If you don't have your phone with you 24/7 and have the alerts set up you may run the thing over with the lawnmower or you may search your yard for hours trying to find it.

They use BING, so the mapping system is not very reliable.  Our 'HOME' area is really our neighbors address, so when they are standing in front of us we get messages that Scrappy is out of the TAGG Zone, which would be great because we could go look for him, but it goes off even when the dogs don't run away.

Oh if one does become destroyed don't tell them the dog ate it when it fell off, or that the lawnmower ate it because the clips didn't hold it on the collar, you will be told you need to purchase another one.
