ACustom Lock & SafeTim was a nice enough young man. He showed up with a pickup truck and took away two truck loads of junk. He also informed us that he was a handyman, so we had him put in a disposal and fix the cupbard under the sink. He did nice work, but was not too punctual.- JAN D.

ASlaters HardwareIt was expensive because the key had to be programmed. I think it's called a transponder. They are an old-fashioned hardware store that offers new locksmithing. They were on time and professional. They also guaranteed the work and tried to bring the key back to the passenger door. It didn't work on the passenger door very well. They said they guaranteed all of their work.- DOUG S.

ASidney LocksmithDave is the person I dealt with. He is such a nice man that he didn’t charge me anything for the last service. He did the work for free. His biggest money is made with the companies here in town. I have been using his service for at least 3 years now. I can recommend him as being very honest, trustworthy and efficient. If he can get it done, he would do it. His price is reasonable. He has charged me for things and other times he has not. When he does charge me, it is reasonable.- Cheri F.

AMENARD'SThe store responded promptly to our request and agreed to have the locks keyed alike at no additional cost by the time we reached the store, about an hour later. For the tubing, we were told by another Menard's location that this Menard's had the PEX tubing in stock. We drove there and in fact they did not. The next day (Sunday) the manager of this Menard's had a driver pick up the tubing at a location in Angola, Indiana and deliver it to our house that day. Outstanding service.- JERRY M.
