Business Description:
We install Under Deck Ceilings underneath elevated decks to make a nice dry, bright living space . We can add lights and fans during the installation. This area can also be used for storage.

ADusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

AOnce the green light for the project was given, our fencing project was underway. Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work.

FSTAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS OF A COMPANY AS POSSIBLE! Would you like to waste your time and money? Would you like to be repeatedly lied to? How about leaving your yard in shambles for weeks after being told it would take 1-2 days? How about them using your personal property as ladder props? How would you like them to not even finish and tell you they did?! How would you like to have them “fix” all this, only to make it worse ? How would you like all your shingles to be wavy with nails sticking out ? Yes? All of this and more could be yours if you choose The Third Estimate! Worst possible nightmare experience of ANY company in my life. None of this is exaggerated, I promise you that. They’re lucky we didn’t sue them, but I was leaving on deployment and didn’t want anymore hassle. The only thing they did right was give us a FULL REFUND because they knew the work was garbage.
