Shannon was a good listener and had a good amount of technical knowledge and a strong sense of style and design foundations. When we weren't sure about a decision and just needed her to tell us what would work best, she gave clear direction. On the other hand, she didn't take it personally when my wife and I had ideas different from hers. We just continued conversing together until all the details...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Shannon met with us regularly over the course of about two months while we were figuring out how to redecorate our bathroom on a budget. We discussed our needs and she made informed suggestions about what we could do based on our budget. Shannon helped us rework the room, including: replace a pedestal sink with a vanity for two; build a vanity that fit our space; rebuild part of a wall; install new bathtub, tile, and shower fixtures; move a door; add/move electrical). She narrowed down the selection of items to those sinks, faucets, tile, and tubs that met our criteria, so we weren't so overwhelmed by all the choices. She got prices and connected us with local showrooms. She also connected us with people to do the work for a reasonable price, and drew up all the blueprints for them to follow.
