AAccura Land SurveyingThe survey was well-done and timely. I have used Acura Landsurveying of Greenfield for many years, going back to a minor subdivision survey in 1993. Mr. Goin's work is of such quality that he should charge more for his services (Price rated "B" for this reason. I have tried other surveyors and did not have such good results. As a small landowner, I discovered that they were working for developers and their interests rather than mine. Acura surveyed the historic barn lot (barn shown in photo) in 2004 when I need to add additional land to enlarge the property.- Stewart R.

APatridge Surveying LLCPatridge Surveying is a great company to work with. The are very professional and did a great job on our new build project. It was complicated to locate the house, well & septic on our lot and Bob helped educate me and make recommendations on how to get through the process. ABenchmark Land SurveyingIt was first-rate. We needed it asap and were able to be squeezed into their schedule within a few days. The guys who came out were professional and quick, and Barb was fantastic with her speedy emails and calls. AAckison Surveying LLCI have been putting off installing a privacy fence for a few years now. Suddenly, after a few boards fell from the old fence, I decided the time is right to get it put in. But I'm not always patient and I sometimes want things faster than might be realistic - all at a reasonable cost. I'd never looked into costs for surveying and had no idea how wide of a range there was for services and fees. I called around and got some estimates that really blew me away in that they were fairly high priced for such a small job (my property size is .16 acre). I called Ackison Surveying and asked a lot of questions - all of which were answered frankly and without trying to sell me on things that I didn't need. In fact, I thought that I needed quite a bit more done, but was told that it wasn't necessary. I selected them to do the work and was quite impressed to hear that they could have a crew out to do the job just two days later - other estimates had been 10 or more days out (remember my issues with patience). I came home from work two days later to see the stakes in the yard and all of my pins had been located without any problems. I will definitely recommend Ackison Surveying to anyone who needs a determination of property lines. Even those helping me with the fence were impressed, so I'm sure they'll recommend Ackison to any of their clients who ask.- Greg K.

AAckison Surveying LLCWhen I called to schedule, the gentleman on the phone gave me different options with pricing; he did not try to convince me to take the highest priced option. As a matter of fact, after talking with me, he suggested that one of the lower options would probably be all that was needed but left it up to us to decide on the day they came out to do the survey. They were able to come out the very same week I called. They were very thorough and took the time to explain to my husband what they were doing. And, again, no pressure to pay for extra services that were not needed. We are extremely pleased with this Company and would call and/or recommend them to anyone needing these services. AAckison Surveying LLCRich Ackison was very helpful and asked lots of good questions to ensure that he was quoting and providing only the services necessary to meet the needs of the City building department. He suggested the service that he thought would meet these needs without adding additional services that we didn't need. He sent a proposal quickly and within a couple of days a crew was out to complete the service. He offered an Angies List discount when I mentioned that I was a member. His pricing was very reasonable. Within a few days we had our survey to submit to the City. Thanks so much, Rich, for your great service and quick turnaround!- Joyce D.

BThe scheduler Melva was extremely professional and prompt. Couldn't have been better. The survey crew were also nice, prompt and thorough. They only reason I gave them a B was I assumed the "pins" would be short metal pipe located an inch above ground. XYZ used 3 foot wooden stakes.
