    Ashtabula Appliance Service
My experience with them went good. Their prices are reasonable and they're very friendly. They know what they're doing. He knew right away once he started the washer what was wrong with it. They were very good. They were very responsive.

    Bob's Appliance Repair
Bob Johnson of Bob's Appliance and Home Services replaced the motor on my new dryer.   The dryer sounded loud but worked when he left.  The next day, the dryer stopped working.  Mr. Johnson came back a few days later, said he didn't tighten the dryer well.
The next day the panel control board coded and the dryer did not work.  We called Bob Johnson again, he returned a few days later.  Mr. Johnson called Samsung and ordered the panel control board, he charged us for the part, came back once the part was received and installed the panel control borad.  The dryer worked when he left and stopped as soon as we used it, the same code appeared on the new panel.  We called Mr. Johnson again.  He came out and said he did not know what was wrong with the dryer.  Bob Johnson spent some time working on the dryer trying different things.  He said he did not know what he did but the dryer started working.  The next day it stopped again.

When he came back, he told us we needed a new PCB main board.  Mr. Johnson called Samsung and ordered the board, charged us for the board aqgain and installed it.  The dryer worked for less than one day.
At this point, we had paid Bob Johnson a total of $497.97.  We called Sears, they use A&E Factory Service for their repairs.  The Sears (A&E) technician came out, he called Samsung, told us the panel control board and PCB main were covered under warranty.  Sears replaced the Panel Control Board and the dryer has worked ever since.
I contacted Bob Johnson from Bob's Appliance and Home Repair and told him we know the parts were covered under warranty and asked Mr. Johnson not to cash the last check that we had given him to make up for the fact that he charged us for parts he got for free from the company.  Bob Johnson of Bob's Appliance and Home Repair in Ashtabula, Ohio promtply cashed the check!
I reported Bob Johnson to Samsung.  Please beware, this is an unskilled and dishonest repairman.

    Ashtabula Appliance Service
He promptly returned my call. Came right out, fixed my washing machine and charged me only $11.00 more thanwhat I was quouted as just a service call. He did this in less than an hour. My washing machine is working like it is brand new. Where I had bought the machine just back in March would of cost me about the same, just for the service call. He was very nice, polite, showed me what was wrong and part that was broken that he had to replace.I would not hesistate to either recommend him or call him again.

They charged an average amount for the service. I would have him back, but he was rude.
