    Smiths Tree Service
We saw Roy and his team working at the house behind us, and approached him about our needs. He was receptive to our requests, and gave me a ballpark price. He did a great job of cleaning up everything that was asked of him, and billed me with a price far below his estimate. I never expected that, but he reassured us, that there are still honest people out there! We wouldn't even hesitate to hiring Roy again, and would also let anyone in need of his services know that this man is the right man for the job...Honest and Reliable.

    EcoTree Services, LLC
I guess the old saying you get what you pay for holds true. Received a very reasonable quote from ecotree but... I was very dissatisfied with the way things were left. Stumps left with dangerous spikes.. Took a week and three phone calls to get them out to take care of that. A loaded down crane was driven through my neighbor's yard when there was access room on my property. Was told "well your neighbor signed the waiver". So be wary when signing a waiver...it gives them carte blanche to tear up adjoining properties when not necessary. Now out another $1,100.00 to fix his yard.

Affordable Tree services of Ohio LLC
Great. A big crew showed up and spent the entire day there. Raked and blew the entire yard when finished. Changed the entire look of the yard and made the home much safer by removing huge branches hanging over the home.

    RICHARD'S TREE & CRANE SERVICE
Went Great! Richard's came out and gave me an estimate. Once I accepted their estimate, they scheduled a time to come and remove the tree and to trim up an Oak tree that was getting too close to the house. They came when they said they would and did the job within a reasonable amount of time. Everything looks great! Total cost was $1331.25 with Tax.

    Bradford Stump Grinding
He had quite a little machine that lifted it right out of there and he did it just exactly like my husband asked him to do. We wanted it to be a little deeper so we could fill it in with soil and get things growing there. He was really good. He did a nice job. He did exactly what we asked. He was very professional. He had a rakehoe with a big grinder machine on it and he was able to go in our backyard and it didn't take much time at all with the huge stump. He did a very good job. I think it was about 42 inches across. We were very pleased. It was just what we wanted. We had been putting this off for a long time. He came out and looked at it and gave us the estimate and we called him and he came out. I thought the price was a little high but my husband was happy with it and he knows more about that stuff so I would say it was a fair price.

He came out before the service and walked around to get a estimate and idea of the tree work to be done. The normal cost was 3,000 and said if I paid cash I would get a discount and not have to pay taxes. Then when he came he took down a Bradford Pear and ground up the stump and left the shavings which the contract said. He trimmed several other trees and did not trim them very well. He said to me that you don't want to have one tree to touch another tree, even though he left a ton of trees touching. He was very sarcastic with me when he was out trimming the trees and I had him adjust. I have a big tree in the front that I needed trim and one side looks nice and rounded and the other side has branches about 4-8 ft up that are sticking out everywhere and don't look good at all. He trimmed a tree over the deck that umbrella-ed over the deck.  He trimmed a big branch off the tree that went over the deck, I wanted that branch left there because it created the heat from coming in the house. It is noticeably hotter in the house now.  I have a sun allergy and can't get too much sunlight. It took all the shading away from the backyard and the shade to take care of my other flowers. Now I can't be in the back yard without being fully covered with a hat. I even told him about my allergy when he came out for an estimate. He trimmed the branches too much on one of the front trees and now my flowers don't have enough shade and they need shade to live. I called him very upset about the trees because they did not look very good and he did not trim them like I had asked him to. He said the job was done and there was nothing he could do about it. My friend had to talk to him for me because I was so upset and he said that he would not talk to her, he had to talk to me even though I was standing right there next to her. I finally got on the phone and said hello a couple times and no one was on the other end. He finally called back and said that I could get any tree trimmer back and they will say I did a good job. Maybe he did do a good job on parts but not other parts, he did too little or too much. I take very good care of my yard and he even commented how nice it looked during the estimate. When he initially came out I thought he was very knowledgeable and friendly. This tree work has me very upset and I have cried over it and he knows and does not care. He has been very sarcastic to me. I would like the trees fixed and trimmed properly and a tree that has a branch that caused shading. I feel I paid a lot of money for what I got. He did not trim every tree.

    RICHARD'S TREE & CRANE SERVICE
The crew arrived precisely at the scheduled time and got to work immediately.  The guy in charge was really pleasant and respectful, and even gave us a few helpful suggestions on the care of our remaining trees.  They removed three very tall trees up against our deck that had begun to rot (they were very careful not to cause any damage to our deck or house) and another tree further back on our lot.  The guys ground down the stumps almost to the ground, cut up all the trees for firewood and cleaned up as best they could, considering that they had a very small space of backyard to work with.  We will definitely hire them again in the near future to thin out some of our taller trees.

Tony and his crew did great work.  They were on time and did all of their work in a professional and quality manner.  Tony is a very nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his crew again.

BOB'S TREE SERVICE & STUMP REMOVAL
I called Bob's. Bob answered and agreed to bid the work, but was out of town for a few days. About a week later he provided a very reasonable estimate. I accepted his first price and told him the work was not urgent and he could take a few weeks if he needed to. He said it might be couple weeks and he would call closer to the date. A few days later he had a schedule change and dropped all three trees in an afternoon. He left the wood in whatever lengths he determined as I requested. Leaving me some work lowered my price, and I am able-bodied with a chain saw and uses for the wood. The yard was otherwise not damaged. I am very pleased with his work, and he was as responsive as a very small businessman can be expected.

Arbor Care Tree & Landscaping Inc
Had to take down and cut up large maple in back yard but couln't use their large truck with extendable bucket. So the tree had to be climbed and safely taken down in sections. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and accomplished it quickly - like watching a monkey in a tree with a skilled saw. They made the least amount of mess and did a very good job with the stump grinding too. In addition to the backyard tree, they removed another tree in the front and did variious trimming of other trees along the drive that were interferring with overhead wires.  They cut the wood in the section lengths we requested and left for our use as asked.  They ground up all other debris and branches we didn't want in the mulcher truck they had.  It was estimated to be an all day job and they worked continuously from 10 am to 4 pm with hardly a break for lumch.
