    Reliable Contractor Services
The girls in the office were very helpful, and efficient they took all the information and scheduled the job when it was convenient for me. The job was complete the day that we were told and we couldn't be happier,

    Integrity Waterproofing
If you have any kind of water issue with your basement, please do me a favor and call Steve at Integrity Waterproofing first! We are so happy with the solution he provided for our basement water problems! Right from the beginning, the free consultation targeted the real issues we were experiencing. Steve was able to outline a customized approach to permanently solve these issues, rather than pushing some generic product like other companies utilize. Our decision to trust Integrity was confirmed the first day when Tom showed up at our home. It was an initial walk around of the site to ensure we understood all of the work to be done. Tom and the crew were back the next work day to start. They demonstrated professionalism and care for our property the entire time they were working around and in our home. Each day, they laid plywood down across the lawn for all areas involving traffic by their equipment. Folks, I have to tell you that this makes a world of difference for your lawn! On the day they left, you couldnt even tell that they had been working here for two weeks! Another fantastic feature in Integritys solution was that they immediately hauled away all of the dirt and clay that they removed around our home instead of piling this material on the lawn like other companies do! They then back-filled the entire excavated area with river washed stone. And not just a small amount over the new drains, but all the way up! If you havent seen the photos of our 1955 clay tiles in other posts, be sure to check the pictures here. ([*** Link removed ***] I dont think barely any water was moving through these. Now we have complete new PVC drain tiles surrounding the home. And our basement that had a constant water trickle is now bone dry! And if the above notes dont provide enough piece of mind, they also installed a new high-tech dual sump pump with cellular update notifications! I now receive text updates each night and an itemized weekly summary via email. When the power went out last week, the system notified my phone within seconds of the power failure! I havent seen any other solutions that provide this continued service! Thank you again to the wonderful crew at Integrity Waterproofing for your dedication, professionalism, and patience with all of my questions! We are so glad that we made the choice to use you for our waterproofing!

    Reliable Contractor Services
Reliable was scheduled to be at my house at 8 a.m. At 8:30 a.m. I called them asking on an ETA - they advised that the boss had called a last minute meeting and everyone was running late. Technician arrived at 9:10 am. He was very friendly and professional. Had the job done in 20 minutes. I will call them again if needed.

    Reliable Contractor Services
Reliable came on time and did exactly what they said they would.  I had a handyman clean the drain, but it backed up again.  I called Reliable and they were there the next day and made sure the drain was cleaned out.   It has been a year and I have not had an issue since.

    Ber's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric
After a few days of doing laundry, the newly fitted drain backed up and flooded my basement, causing cement to crack. I called Behr's back out and the plumber snaked the drain with a very small snake. I was told this was the best that could be done, and I had to pay extra for that service. The drain was not snaked or cleaned out before the install. In retrospect, I should have asked for that service, but I am not a plumber so it didn't occur to me to do so. After a short time of no back up, the basement began flooding again, deepening the new cracks in my cement floor. I decided to give them one more chance to fix the problem. The owner and a different plumber came out a few days after my call and spent hours snaking the pipes with a very large, powerful snake. As it turns out, they discovered a problem in the sewer line which they could not repair. They referred me to another company who I feel confident will fix the problem.

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland

So the wife dumped a bucket of tofu down the garbage disposal on a Saturday evening which was the final straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. We called a competitor who came in Sunday and assessed the issue. The price was a bit high so my wife wanted a second opinion.

We called Mr. Rooter on Monday morning who came out the same morning, assessed the issue, and came up with the same diagnosis as the competitor -- that the drain was plugged badly and/or broken and needed to be excavated as it was locatedinside the cement basement floor. Note that this drain was for the kitchen sink, dish washer, basement utility sink, and clothes washer. The technician, Chris Balogh gave us a price that was $300 less than the competition. We said 'OK' and he immediately went to work. He found that a p-trap had been installed under the cement floor and it was badly plugged and corroded.

Chris replacedall the metal pipe runsunder the kitchen floor with PVC pipe and used straight pipe where the p-trap was previously. Besides, all theappliances mentioned previously already had separate p-traps. Chris was there for around 6 hours. Before he left, he cemented the hole, cleaned up the work area, and instructed us on what he did, how soon we could start using the appliances, and also how soon we could move the clothes washer back into place over the newly cemented hole.

With that said, we're very happy with Mr. Rooter's responsiveness, professionalism, and of course price compared to their competition. Will definitely call Mr. Rooter in the future if necessary.

    Gonzalez Basement Waterproofing LLC
Found water leaking in through wall and thought I would have a $4,00 to $5,000 repair. Daniel Gonzalez tracked the problem back to a sump pump which was periodically refusing to turn on. He replaced it shortly thereafter, total bill was $275. Expert, responsive, honest, professional.? I highly recommend the company.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
,It is very hard to find fault with perfection! The two main crew,( Kramer & Carl), called first and arrived on time. The work crew's work ethic was amazing. No phase of the job from cleanliness, knowledge of the product, dismantling, and installation showed any less than absolute perfection. I found Sal's heating and cooling on Angie's list, and was amazed at how many positive reviews were listed. I even found the few negative reviews listed handled perfectly by the owner Sal. Anyone considering heating, cooling, either replacement or repair, along with plumbing issues, would do themselves a favor by getting in touch with Sal's. My thanks to both Angie's List and Sal's for making me a very satisfied customer. You can now consider me a life-long Sal's customer!

    Daniels & Sons LLC
Derek and his sidekick notified me approximately 1 hour ahead of their arrival to let me know what time they would be pulling in the drive.  They were on time and went right to work.  They did an outstanding job of ensuring the flooring was structural sound and completed the entire job in about 5 hours.  Prior to this job I had no knowledge of Daniels and Sons but will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
They were professional, helpful, explanatory, courteous and friendly. They did not call the usual 1/2 hour before they were to arrive, only gave us 5 minutes notice, which messed up our plans a little, but we adjusted. i had to call them to confirm that morning that I was still on their schedule. Gave us great "maintenance" tips as well.  Will definitely look up Sal''s again for our heating and cooling needs.
