AGood Nature Organic Lawn Care - Northeast OhioOur lawn looked lush and green, especially after the 2nd year. After each visit, the technician left a note telling us what he had done and why and whether he recommended additional treatments. He also suggested what we could do to keep the lawn looking good, such as not mowing too closely. Good Nature is costlier than traditional lawn care companies that rely on chemicals, but we feel the additional expense is better for the lawn and for the environment.- Lee and H.

AInsector InspectorAnthony did what I thought was a very thorough job in dealing with our mouse problem. He inspected for evidence of where mice had been. He looked for and sealed all potential entry points on the exterior of our home. He inspected our crawl space and set glue traps. We were very satisfied with the work Anthony did. AAmir responded quickly and politely to my initial inquiry and to my followup calls. He scheduled me right away and treated the house and perimeter thoroughly and efficiently. He made no request or pressure to sign up for a continuing treatment contract like so many corporate companies do. He provided a warranty for the single application and told me to call him back if the ants weren't gone after a week to ten days. Each day there were fewer ants and those seen were in process of dying as we watched. By the 14th day there was not an ant to be seen, dead or alive. He went beyond the normal spray routine to use a special spray on a ceiling beam where we saw where an ant had gone, with no additional charge. Amir said he lives by treating others as he would like to be treated. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him. By the way, I was shy about trying the company at first because the name "Absolutely the Best" sounded like marketing hype or over confidence, but you will find he works confidently, modestly and hard to be the best for what you need.

AFred is a very thorough home inspector. He took his time to inspect the house and relayed all of the information in a very detailed report. Fred went through the different sections of the home and then recapped his findings to us after each portion. He was also available for follow up phone calls to help interpret the findings in the inspection report. The cost of the inspection is higher than most, but Fred makes it worth your while. He is extremely knowledgable on many home topics.

AI called on Sunday. They were at my house on Monday. After the work was completed, they explained everything they did. Jeff said he was going to come out tomorrow to make sure all of the bees were gone. They addressed the outside nest, the inside invasion, and then treated the outside of the house to ward off any more bees deciding they wanted to move in. Awesome customer service and a reasonable price!
