This was quite different to a company we had used in the past where the only thing they cared about was how fast they could load and unload to get to the end of their day. ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioI was extremely impressed from my phone conversations with Chris Kermendy to the professional of the three gentlemen who completed the actual moving project. This was an intricate move involving three households but they did it efficiently and correctly with zero damage to furniture or property which we appreciated greatly. They did everything we asked without having to follow them around and everything was moved without any mess whatsoever. Realizing they needed to work without masks we were able to maintain social distancing as needed so the move was safe as well. Great experience and would highly recommend again. Last thing, we did not get any competitive bids just relied on Angies List for a recommendation and a gut feeling after talking to Chris that we were being treated fairly and professionally. - Angie's List- Terrance D.

ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioThe move went very well from getting the quote to confirmation to the actual move. I normally pay per hour for a mover and have been scammed in the past with this type of quote. Leaders charges by the piece not the hour which I think is more fair. The movers were on time. They were very quick getting me out of my two bedroom apartment, and were very efficient with bringing things into the new apartment. They put everything together, tightened up furniture and went the extra mile to make the move seemless and quick. Everything except for one item got through the move okay. Part of the plastic shelf broke off on a two shelf unit but it was old and not used for anything important. Everything else was fine and again they even tried to fix some things for me. I would definitely use them again for a future move. I would definitely recommend them.- Adrienne R.

Brought in protective padding for walls/railings, talked through how they would perform the complex move (lots of tight twists and turns with a 7 ft, 350lb+ piece of furniture and were done in 30 minutes with no issues. ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioLeaders moving made this move so easy for us. Our mover's Cori & Mike arrived right on time. They wrapped & packed all fragile items so they would be safe. Once all furniture etc was packed they had a 2 hour drive. Once there they quickly and efficiently unloaded everything. Then made the 2 hour drive back to Cleveland. That's a lot of work but still they were courteous & friendly. Thank you Cori & Mike! AMeeting with Angelo Carcioppolo and walking through for his estimate indicated to us we were in good hands. He was helpful,professional, knowledgeable and ready to help us make a smooth move Our move coordinator Keighley Yusko was so helpful in answering questions. Directing us to what needed to be done prior to the move and answering more questions !!! We really felt we had a great resource in her expertise . The four gentlemen who moved us could not have been more careful, knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable- they made light work of this big job ! Our possessions were treated with care above and beyond expectations. Our home was "move proofed" so floors did not take abuse from the move. the idea of this big move was stressful- not so ! It actually was amazingly calm and worry free. We cannot thank everyone involved enough- and thank you does not seem like enough of an accolade. It was perfect.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AI have relocated with Moving APT before and always requested the same crew. This time, however, my favorite crew wasn’t available. They sent a different crew to help me move. This group of men wasn’t any worse than the others I had used before. If anything, they were better! They finished the pack and load process in no time at all. That was incredible. I’m starting to think that this company may have snatched all the good movers in USA and the other moving companies are stuck with the bad ones. I received the delivery on time and everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be any happier.
