    This is the second time we have used Sal's. In 2015, we had a new furnace and central air installed. We were so pleased with the service we received, that we decided to use them again to replace our aging water heater in November of 2016. Zach and Jerry installed our water heater, displaying a profesional and friendly attitude. Their attention to detail was outstanding. John C. installed the new gate valve above the water heater with a ball valve, that will last for many, many years. John's work was done very neatly, and he was nice enough to give tips on extending the life of the water heater, furnace, and central air. I will only use Sal's for any plumbing problems we encounter, and I will use them for the yearly tuneup of the furnace and a/c. Thanks to Sal's and Angie's list.

    My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night.  I was scheduled to have a bridal shower at my house the following day.  I contacted the company and they had the technician on call for the weekend give me a call on Friday.  The service was scheduled for early the following morning.  A hornet nest and burnt wire was found in the unit.  Javier, the technician who fixed the unit, was very pleasant and professional.  Thank you, Javier!

    ,It is very hard to find fault with perfection! The two main crew,( Kramer & Carl), called first and arrived on time. The work crew's work ethic was amazing. No phase of the job from cleanliness, knowledge of the product, dismantling, and installation showed any less than absolute perfection. I found Sal's heating and cooling on Angie's list, and was amazed at how many positive reviews were listed. I even found the few negative reviews listed handled perfectly by the owner Sal. Anyone considering heating, cooling, either replacement or repair, along with plumbing issues, would do themselves a favor by getting in touch with Sal's. My thanks to both Angie's List and Sal's for making me a very satisfied customer. You can now consider me a life-long Sal's customer!

    They were professional, helpful, explanatory, courteous and friendly. They did not call the usual 1/2 hour before they were to arrive, only gave us 5 minutes notice, which messed up our plans a little, but we adjusted. i had to call them to confirm that morning that I was still on their schedule. Gave us great "maintenance" tips as well.  Will definitely look up Sal''s again for our heating and cooling needs.

    The first time they agreed to come out on a Friday afternoon but did not show up nor did they call. I contacted the office on the following Monday and was patched through to Brian, who said he forgot and did not hear his phone reminder. Because the company could potentially tackle 2 things we needed done, I decided to give them a second chance, which I normally would not do. We agreed he would come out on Wednesday after 4:00. Again, no show and no call. There will not be a third request I can assure you. I own a small business and would not be able to keep clients if I acted as unprofessionally as this company does. Perhaps they have so much work they do not need to be concerned with small residential jobs but the employees should just tell people that when they call to have someone come out. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and intend to share our experience with others.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
    I will not recommend them at all.  We were very disappointed.  They turned off our heating in December and they never showed up before ten o?clock.  They worked two days, the second day they came at ten and spent an hour on the driveway, never came in to the house and said they were doing some paper work for their boss and then they left and we were without heat for four days.  When we woke up Wednesday morning and we had no heat and nobody came out until two in the afternoon.  I just feel that if you put in a new broiler, you take it out in the morning and put it back within the day.  We did not have heat for four days and they just came late and left early.  They just did not take care of it.  And when they came on Monday, stayed for half hour and a half then left for a part.  When they came back at one o?clock they stayed in the driveway until two o?clock then left.  I don?t get it.  I think they can improve on showing up early and getting the job done.  They said that they had to drive somewhere to pick up the broiler that is why they were late the first day but to me they should have picked it up on a Saturday.  They always have an excuse and it was just crazy.   

    On the third day we did not have heat because of some faulty part on the broiler that they have ordered.  So they came back and we had to wait three weeks for them to come out and replace the part.
