    Quality Over Quantity Inc
Tony did an amazing job. You can't tell there was ever a problem wall and the bathroom looks amazing. Not the first painter we've hired but far and away the best work and the most professional. He called when he said he would and showed up when he said would, and cleaned up when he was done. We will definitely call him again for any future projects!

Rich was great and responded to every concern.  His assistant and general contractor Chris was top notch and worked straight through to not leave us in the lurch. At the end of the day he put our toilet back down in about 10 minutes because he was concerned we didn't have another one to use. The cleanup was excellent. The work that they did satisfied my missus (no mean feat).   I will tell everyone I know to use Ally Builders and I definitely will in the future for any contracting needs. I think these guys can do about anything.

They were very nice, performed the work well and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up when they were supposed to come. The price was very fair. I trusted them to work unattended and was not disappointed.

Dave came promptly to provide a contemplative estimate.  The work was done as promised.  The work area could have been kept neater (drywalling is a dirty business. )  Good quality work on this old house.  Several details around windows and doors could have been done better.

Dave came promptly to provide a competitive bid, making helpful recommendations regarding the project.  When I asked that he start sooner than the date he proposed, he was able to make it happen. The work proceeded without interruption until completion on time and on budget.  The work was professional and I am completely satisfied with the job.  Dry wall installation is a dirty business and although they cleaned up after the installation, there was a lot more dust and debris that needed to be removed.

.Brian Pletcher and his assistant Brian Todo drywalled two adjoining rooms, a hallway and closet for us that were completely torn out for a remodel. They worked hard, accurately and did an absolutely beautiful job. The area totaled around 600'sq. with a lot of outlets, switches and recessed lighting. Openings were perfect. Tape seams and corners were perfect. They did a pattern on our ceiling that was just what we were looking for. The whole job took one week start to finish. I've got them on speed dial for the next job.

we hired this "company" to finish our basement and to have it completed by end of October. in the beginning he was mostly on time and appeared to be doing the work well. as time moved on it became apparent that he would not have the job finished in the agreed time line. then things started getting shotty. 3 time we had pipes leak in the bathroom and bar area. once it was so bad the whole floor was flooded and had to be dried out.  then i come home to a bought vanity & low flow toilet in my garage. Neither were chosen by us he just went and bought them, same with the bar cabinets. when i told him i didn't like them and they had to go back he threw a hissy fit saying he had driven all the way out to medina to get them. we go down to view progress and they are cleaning up, I ask what for and he says he is paining the next day. i ask how was he doing that when we had not chosen any paint, he said he was going to use the standard white. I said no you will paint next week after i have had time to choose the colors i want, did the same thing with the carpet. he custom built the bar top and proceeded to use a highly toxic adhesive to adhere the top to the wood, in my basement with no windows. i was feeling woozy with in a hour and had to tell him to stop and get it out of the house, which he did grudgingly.  There is much more but the worst was what we found out in march when the temps were hitting those record lows with  wind chills in the -20s,  he didn't blocked off our furnace room properly and out furnace was being smothered by the drywall dust, cost us over 1000 to get it repaired and the duct work cleaned out. NEVER use the contractor.

Jim estimated this project to take 4-6 weeks. He finished in 5 weeks. He advised me in advance of how such a project would impact our family's life, which was both accurate and appreciated. He did most of the work himself, and advised us prior to signing the contract that the final flooring would be done by the flooring company with whom he works, as their skill and speed were preferred to his own.
We were kept up to date throughout the project of his progress according to his expected timeline. A few unexpected issues were discussed as they arose and options presented prior to selecting a course of action. Jim was punctual and on the one occasion when weather prevented his arrival on time, he called well in advance. He kept the work area clean, minimizing any inconvenience to us. The rooms were as functional as possible throughout the project.
We had an issue with existing plumbing that Jim worked through to avoid removing tile in the bathroom. I appreciated the fact that what I viewed as obstacles or problems, Jim viewed as challenges, which were overcome with skill and ingenuity. From start to finish, this was a good experience and I would work with Jim again on any future project.

    1st Choice Roofing Company

We received two estimate's and then we had 1st Choice come out last with their's.
Their representative was Derek Fess, and he was nothing short of being the perfect guy for the job, so professional.
He went up on the roof, and when he returned, he had pictures on an Ipad, and an expanation of the problem and what would be needed to replace the skylights.
Within five minutes he had an estimate of cost of materials and labor, and had a copy of it sent to our email.
He then gave us a booklet about the company, and it also contained referral sheets of customers to call, if needed. He went over some of the important parts of the information with us, including materials and how the job would be performed.
My wife and I new right away, after the other two referrals, that these are the folks we wanted working for us.
My office contact was Mandy, and she did everything she could to make sure we were always informed about what was going on, and she was great.
Michael, the installer, shows up the day of the install, introduces himself and lays down drop clothes inside the house to catch any falling debris. Again, another person from the company,  that has just a fantastic demeanor and work ethic.
The install goes just perfect, except a piece of trim, that the builder had put in, was a bit crooked near the skylight and didn't look right. I told Michael I'd have it fixed, and he said he had a few spare minutes and he would take care of it for us, he insisted on it!
I tried to give him a tip at the end of the job, and he thanked me, but told me he couldn't except it, company policy...pretty stand up guy and company.

Perfect Experience with 1st Choice Roofing, and I highly recommend them!

Robert and I had a little trouble connecting but once we got it together he was wonderful! He and his helper were on time and did a beautiful job. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly prior to leaving. Plastic was hung to contain dust. Robert even made some suggesting about removing an intercom and completed the work for me. I was so impressed by his work that Robert is back at my house right now removing wallpaper and painting in four other areas of my house.
