    While going over the details of the purchase on 3/2/2015 the salesman showed me a copy of my credit rating (811) which he said was very good and he stated that my finance rate would be 1.49 % and it would be through Subaru Finance. 

    The next day, 3/3/2015, I met with the credit man to go over the final details to close the sale. The credit man offered several extended warranty options, which I normally do not purchase; however, I decided to go with the 7 year 100,000 miles for $1,935. As the credit man was going over the details, I noticed that the finance rate was listed at 2.8% and the lender was U.S. Bank.  I thought that maybe I misunderstood the salesman.

    The next day I went on the Ganley Westside Imports website and the 2015 Impreza was indeed advertised at 1.49% for 3/3/2015-3/31/2015 as the salesman had originally stated. I called Ganley and requested to speak with the credit man but was told that he was on vacation and that the business manager would help me. I made arrangements with the business manager to come in to change the sales agreement to correct the finance rate and banking institution. In speaking with the credit man more recently he stated that the interest rate problem was created by the computer system not having been updated to reflect the sale

    Some days later I received two separate "Added Security Agreement Registration Form" letters, one listing the lienholder as U. S. Bank and the other as Subaru Motors Finance (JP Morgan Chase Bank NA). This, of course, would be due to the change in the sales agreement. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the charge for the added security coverage was $1,935 for the U.S. Bank version and $2,235 for the Subaru Motors Finance (JP Morgan Chase Bank NA) version, or an additional $300 on the new agreement that I would have to pay. Both versions had $0.00 Deductible. The $1,935 was the amount I was originally given for the 7 year or 100,000 mile warranty. I called Ganley again, explained the situation, and stated that I also wanted out of the warranty extension altogether. I made arrangements to go in and cancel the warranty extension with  the business manager, which I did. Additionally, $145.28 sales tax was charged on the warranty extension for a total of $2,380.28 ($2,235 + $145.28). A few days later I noticed that the "Cancellation Request Form" I was given showed only the $2,235. I called the business manager to make sure that the $145.28 was included in the reduction and was told that it was. Yesterday (4/17) morning I called Subaru Motors Finance (JP Morgan Chase Bank NA) just to make sure that the $2,235 and $145.28 amounts were both deducted off the amount I have to pay. I was told that only the $2,235 was deducted and that I would have to contact Ganley to get the $145.28 amount deducted. I immediately called Ganley to talk to the business manager but was given voice mail so I left a detailed message. I waited about an hour and called the receptionist back to inquire if the business manager was in and was informed that she was. I called again, even asking if she could be paged, but no response.  I called and asked for the general manager twice and left messages each time, the first just to call me and the second with details, no response. In the afternoon I called Subaru USA (2:30 PM or so) and spoke with a customer service representative who took the details and stated that he would contact them and have them call me back. I received a call from the customer service representative (4:31 PM) who asked if the business manager called me back and I told him that she had not. This morning (4/18) I received a call from the business manager (11:37 AM) who stated that she tried to call me several times yesterday but she hung up after many rings and that she also sent an e-mail. I had recently had my phone changed to be included with my cable/internet company and it rings many times before it goes to the answering machine, which is something I should have changed. My phone stores all calls so I went through the list and saw that there was one call from the business manager at 3:03 PM yesterday. I checked my e-mail and found that it was received at 3:07 PM. I had checked my e-mail yesterday but it was previous to 3:00 PM.  The business manager also stated that the $145.28 will be deducted but it took longer since it was a sales tax. I will call Subaru Motors Finance on Monday (4/20) to see if it has been updated.

    Please note: when phoning Ganley regarding a problem it is extremely difficult to get a person to talk to other than the receptionist. Every call goes to voice mail. That was the case not only in the most recent situation (sales tax not deducted) but also, though not stated above, in the interest rate and extended warranty difference situations as well. 

    Please also note: I received a letter from PNC Bank with their privacy policy in case I decided to go with them for a loan. I called PNC Bank and stated that I hadn't applied to them for any credit. The representative asked if I had recently purchased an auto and, when I told her I had, she mentioned that auto dealers often call many lenders in search of the lowest rate and that I may hear from other financial institutions.

     When I arrived to check out the pricing, I was greeted by Ryan the owner.
    I got a really good feeling right off the bat, just from his light personality, and knew I had come to the right place.
    He told me, since I was having two vehicles done, that he would only charge me 'car price' to have my SUV sized Flex done, I felt ok, that's a deal.
    I returned back to pick up the vehicles, and was greeted by Christa, who said they were parked out front ready for me.
    She made sure I walked around each vehicle and made sure I was completely happy with their work.
    Both vehicles were done perfectly, I was very happy with the detailing!
    One other thing, when I called to find out if the vehicles were ready, they asked if I needed a ride, because they'd come and get me if needed. That was way beyond my expectations, hometown cool.
    Will I return to Ryan's to have other work done...Absolutely without a doubt!

    I always used them. They seem to be honest. Their service department is the best one I've dealt with. You can get appointments pretty quick. If you have any problems with your car, they will stick with it until they find out what's going on. They will take it to someone else who can find the problem. Their quality of work is excellent.

    I brought a new car and it is still under warranty, so I used Premier Toyota Scion's service. It was all covered under warranty. They did a free car wash and vacuum cleaned the interiors. When I went last time, there was quite a delay. They found my car had a leaky water pump and they fixed it. I am glad that it was still under warranty. Usually an oil change takes like twenty minutes to an hour, but they took like two and half hours, but I am happy that they fixed the problem that I was not aware off. They have done some stuff for me before. I had them quoted for me on tires and alloy wheel. I was not serious about getting it done. I feel their prices are little bit high. Their quality is really good. I would probably use their service in the future.

    They were excellent. I spent about $200 on the last job. I had taken my car to the dealership because I was having trouble with the brakes and they said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to them and they immediately found out what was wrong. They took me up to my car, showed me what was wrong and what they were going to replace. They gave me he price even before they did anything. I have gone to them several times and I feel like I am being treated fairly. Their price was comparable to what everyone was charging. I would definitely use them again.

    I had just bought the car in may so the first oil change came with the purchase. They are very polite, quick to greet you in the service department. We go there once a week to get the car washed for free. They make sure it doesn't take longer than it has to.
