    Plumb Tite Plumbing
The sump pump was cycling every 12 seconds when the water level reached a low point. The technician raised the height of the pump in the pit, and replaced the check valve. The issue was resolved quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Arrived a little late but not a problem and we know each job can be unpredictable in terms of time, especially since they came same day we called! Pumped out and gave advice on how to keep system in good shape to minimize need for future pumping. I am not rating price because I don't know if this is especially high or low but it was sure worth it to have everything draining well again. Thanks.

    Kremer Plumbing Services LLC
Where do I begin. He was sent to us through our home warranty company. Mr kremer was supposed to change a hearing element, instructed us to drain the water because according to him it needed to be empty. However he changed a circuit board instead which water did not need to drained. He called when he supposedly fix our problem yet did not fill the tub, plug it in or see if it worked. The weather became extremely cold and broke all the pipes causing $4600 worth or damage. We were told by the home warranty company they would not cover because mr kremer started to them we told him not to fill in the tub, which was not true. Found out from 2other plumbers mr kremer caused the issues by failing to vacuum the water out , fill the tub to see if it worked, or even plug it in to keep the little water it had to circulate. If any of these were done our two year old hot tub would be working

Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
This was not an emergency, but the faucet had been leaking for some time, and after my failed attempts, I decided I needed to call the professionals. Gene was able to come out the same day, which was very impressive. He was friendly and explained what he was doing the whole time. Unfortunately, this pesky faucet did not want to go easily. Gene worked for a while to remove the bonnet nut and had to replace the handle as well as the cartridge (the screw holding the handle was so stripped that it had to be drilled out). He came back the next day to adjust the water temperature. Gene addressed my concerns about some water issues on the ceiling below and we came to the conclusion it was due to caulk missing about the spout in the shower. Once I recaulked the spout, no more issues.

Doorz N More LLC Complete Home Remodeling
We've been working with Doorz and More for close to a year on a variety of home improvement projects. They have been great to work with. Flexible when I wanted to make changes mid-way through a project. Always on budget. I don't even get multiple quotes anymore, I go directly to them.

Tom did a great job! He identified the problem, showed me what I did wrong in trying to fix the problem and had the replacement kit on his truck. So no time wasted getting parts. He also replace other washers in our hoses and faucets as an extra precaution for some of the older hose. B & D was able to get out to help the very next day. And considering I called 5 Plumbing companies this timeliness was needed (had to shut main water valve to the house off while waiting for repair). Very Professional and Timely!!!

    Tarvin Plumbing

This was a big deal purchase. They came out pretty quickly, like, within two weeks after I bought the deal. They did a good job, but we just were not so pleased because they took a long time and charged per hour. My husband interacted entirely with them. The work is fine. There is, like, the faucet in the bathroom that still drips. Everything else was okay. What they could do better in the future is, maybe, is when we, like, say, like, everything that we are doing approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost because they, like, took the whole day and the bill was very expensive. The quality of their work was better.

    Boyer Plumbing

As a result of an inspection for sale of property, the potential new owners wanted the stopper in the tub to be functional. Rec'd the number from my realtor who sold a home to the son of a plumber. Had an appointment set up for Thursday at noon. Called my daughter at 7 am to move to 3 pm the same day. My daughter had the day off and waited at my home for the gentleman. At 3:30 she calls me saying he hasn't arrived to an appointment he scheduled. I call him from work and he tells me he is an hour and half away, north of the city. I told him to call my daughter as this is inconveniencing her and her family and he stated he could have someone at my home at 8:00 the next morning.

The next morning his worker arrives at about 8:15 and doesn't have the part and calls his supplier who doesn't have the part either. Mind you, this is a 6 year old tub, not 35 years old and the original installer didn't install the stopper and we used a rubber disk if we wanted a bath. The worker went down to Lowe's and purchased the $34 part and my daughter came back to my house- again. Lowe's is only 20 minutes away - one way. He then spent 5 minutes to remove and install the stopper. I was charged for 2 hours at $95/hr, parts $34 and $75 service fee for a total of $299 for a missed appointment and 5 minutes of work. My daughter watched how it was done and replaced her tub stopper that night in 5 minutes for $54 since she needed to purchase the tool to remove the old drain. The worker wrote on the bill, the old stopper was not holding water - but that's because there wasn't one installed in the first place. He should have written: Missing stopper. I decided at that point, renew with Angie's List so I would never be caught off guard.

I called other plumbers and the highest bid I received was $150.  I called Troy Boyer and talked to him about the bill and he stated no one can give a firm bid because they don't know the threads for the replacement part. It's a 6 year old (newer) tub. I was also told the worker wanted to charge me for travel which would have been a total of 4 hours. Really? And the $75 is for paperwork back at the office.  I would like to know, who is going to reimburse me for inconveniencing my daughter's time and a majorly missed appointment set he - himself? I told Troy, my new home may have "water hammer" (air in the water lines) and I would not be considering him for the job. He stated he works for Fischer Homes and I said to myself, maybe Fischer Homes can afford you and that's why their homes are priced higher than most, but the working person can't afford you. If I had known (my fault) it was going to cost that much, I would have had them leave my home. Royal rip offs. Just one person's opinion.

Schneller Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
The repairman showed up and did a great job with the bathroom sink. I had also asked him about repairing our loose kitchen faucet. It had been installed six months earlier by another provider and had come loose. The technician was trying to tighten it and accidentally broke the faucet's water line in the process. He apologized profusely and Schneller's did replace the faucet entirely with the exact same model at no extra cost (next day).
Come to find out, the original install wasn't done properly (by another company) and that's part of why it broke in the first place. Really appreciated Schneller and this technician for doing the right thing and replacing the faucet. They even gave me a discount on the other work for my trouble despite the extra cost and their effort.
    Great company!
