    Replacement of engine in my van with a Jasper rebuilt engine. The owner told me about how well Jasper engines were. I had one of the valve springs break on my rebuilt Jasper engine while I was on vacation with my family out of town. The owner of Beechmont Towing & Car Care paid for all my expenses and repaired the Jasper engine at no cost to me because he said that he would stand behind his work. Jasper wouldn't honor they're warranty with him!

    Protech Autocare
    We have been going to Protech for the past 13 years.  There has never been a time when they have not been courteous and on time.  I purchased a Toyota Sienna 5 years ago and could not wait to be out of the "free" covered oil changes so that I could return to Protech and be treated courteously and not feel that I was being fleeced.  I can not say enough about everyone that works at this facility.

    Tire Discounters - Beechmont
    They did fine putting tires on but they crushed floor on both sides of 2011 jeep liberty that had 46k on it at that time.the estimate is 617.00 and they refuse to pay! They are full of lies and excuses why the are not going to pay!one rep from Corp probably couldn't change a tire thew next one made apointment and canceled that one cause he didn't have his appointment book when he made it he called 10 min before the next after we both left work early to meet him cause he had a root canal and was in to much pain! Then the lady at office failed to inform him we couldn't make next on because Alicia has a broken ancle and doctors appointment so he told bbb we was a no show which was another lie! So seems like it's all about there schedule and not ours  they have to this dayare still making excuses he said they would not have used lift that way cause safety and I found pic on yelp shows truck on lift just like they did ours told me they don't use Jack stands I seen them in there shop !they also have another complaint on bbb around same time for exact same thing! I will never go there again.

    Went to Joe Kidd Automotive because they used to be a Dodge dealer. I needed a part for my truck. I had already been to Wyler and was told that the part was no longer available.
    I stopped in at Joe Kidd, figured it couldn't hurt.
    There's a guy in the parts room named Chris, this guy knows his stuff!
    It took him all of 5 mins to find the part for my truck that every other Chrysler dealer said couldn't be had.
    It took a couple days later, but there it was, the impossible to find part.
    I've learned, there are guys who sell parts, then there are parts guys! Chris is a parts guy! When it comes to the mopars, he knows his stuff!

    Called Ajax on the recommendation of a friend.
    I called around 6:30 on a Saturday a fellow named Jack answered. Said he was eating dinner, but no worries, he would be right to me. Sure as the world, he was there within 20mins.
    He loaded up my car and took it to a shop.
    Said he couldn't leave me on St Rt 125
    I'll be calling Ajax when I need a tow!

    Their service department is one of the reasons that I will buy a Mazda.  They are honest and reliable.  I have no qualms with them.  I like their customer service and price.  Their service manager, Mark McWitty, has taken care of my automobile for over twelve years.  There’s been couple of incidents were I did not screw my gas cap on all the way so I take it in there and they will not charge me because I am a routine customer. That, to me, is taking care of your regular customer.

    We also purchased our previous van from them about 5 years ago. I take the vehicle for routine maintenance that is covered under warranty. They do a tire rotation after every 10,000 miles and an oil change every 5,000 miles. Their pricing is competitive. The sales guy I worked with was very helpful. I feel like I get really good service from the company.

    Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care
    I don't know if I could you an honest or accurate opinion. I think everything was okay. I mean we weren't thrilled but we weren't upset with anything but we wouldn't go back again. They repaired and fixed everything but we ended up trading in the car to a dealer a few months afterwards. We didn't have any future problems.

    From oil changes to any type of mechanical repair, they will tell you exactly what it will cost upfront and when it will be done.
    They fix it right the first time every time and handle everything with the utmost professionalism.
    These people are honest and meticulous. You won't find a better mechanic.

    Dropped car off and they read the code and checked out plugs. Then drove it and couldn't replicate the problem. After all this work, they called me to let me know the code hadn't come back and there was no charge. Imagine that--at least an hours work (including tightening of some connections) and no charge. This is my favorite place to take my car - and now it's certainly the only place I'll ever go. They have consistently provided me with with tremendous service. I'd recommend them to anyone! You won't be sorry.
