    My ac stopped working on one of the 90 plus weekends we had this year, capacitor went bad. I knew what it needed but part stores are not open on the weekend and I would have needed to take Monday off to fix on my own. They came out and fixed the problem right away for me. The guy who came out did not mess around. The owner sent him out between jobs to take care of me because he was near by. Ac was back up and running that day. Not only did they fix it quick, they treated me well and saved me a vacation day to fix it myself. I have not had any problems since.

    It was great the owner came out and did a complete walk thru with us and pointed out things we didn't notice on our initial walk thru. He also gave us an estimate on about what it would cost to have done what we need done. He was very helpful

    I called to replace kitchen facucet hose for spray. Was told could not be fixed needed to replace, and could purchase item I wanted and they would return next day to install, for $300.00. I thought it was a bit high, but I wanted it done ASAP. Next day plumber, Karl came on time and attempted to install. He said attached hose was too short to install to water source. Karl said I needed to get a fixture without any pre-installed hoses, but said he didn't know of any model of if they one in shop, and he " would have to research it". I called Lowe's to ask if they had any kitchen spray faucets without attached hoses so that longer hoses could be attached. I was told they are not made without attached hoses, better to get another hose to attache to the end of per-installed hose with a coupler to make needed length. I called Blind and asked for plumbing supervisor around 11AM. He returned my call the next AM before I turned on my phone. He never called back. I purchased a separate hose and coupler. Another plumber came and attached the faucet and hoses for $39.

    I made the claim on Oct. 13th. could not get anyone here check the problem until Nov. 22nd. then it took another 2 weeks to get the part and come back and install the blower motor on Nov. 5th., at that time they found out the blower wheel needed to be replaced and it would take another 2 weeks to get the part, which meant the job wasn't completed until Nov. 11t. During that time the temperature here in Ohio was in the 30s and we could not heat the entire house and had to buy space heaters for the 2 bedrooms, family room and kitchen.

    Broadview more than doubled the price for parts for our repair, This put our bill 260.00 over the (reasonable) amount allowed for by the warranty company. We had budgeted the warranty deductible and ended up paying in excess of 300.00. Customer service who promised to call back twice in regards to this issue never returned any calls.

    I didn't give a A or B for punctuality because the technician was late. I had to call the company to find out what the problem was, so getting a call would've been nice. Once here the gentleman was very thorough and professional. He went over everything that he did and he didn't rush through anything.

    Scheduled the job over one day plus and managed to finish the work in one day by putting three techs on the project. Good quality workmanship, cleaned up afterwards, and put everything in the basement back where it was. Had a followup question on the new thermostat that was handled quickly. Ricky did a quick diagnosis of one problem and fixed another. Highly recommendeed
