    Very well. He kept in touch during the scheduling process, showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up. I think he even cleaned up leaves on the patio that had been there long before he did the work. He was polite and professional.

    John Murphy and his assistant arrived at the time we agreed upon. He had his ladder out and was up on the roof within a couple minutes. He identified 2 places where leaf debris was blocking flow and cleaned them out (we could immediately hear the water flowing through the downspouts). He then checked the rest of the gutters and ran a leaf blower to blow out anything remaining. Quick job, but everything now seems to be working properly. This is the second time we had Murphy's Gutter Cleaning out; the first time John cleared out a significant amount of material. Due to both experiences, we plan to follow his recommendation to have the gutters cleaned a couple times a year. Very happy with the service provided.

    First, the quote of $200 for the window cleaning was not honored. My email explicitly told the company the price had been given to me last Fall. Then Shawn, the main window cleaner, kept saying that there was no warranty on the window cleaning even though the company's invoice states clearly that it will fix any service if a customer is not happy. I understand that they didn't like that I was negotiating the pricing but my house is 3500 square feet and I paid $260 (in cash for window cleaning) for a job that took them just 2 hours. I paid $99 for the gutter cleaning separately. Second, I removed all the screens and they still refused to do some windows that they missed. Shawn was arrogant and abusive and said he makes more money than a surgeon and he does million dollar home including LeBron James. I just wanted to make sure that after paying almost $260 for window cleaning (plus $100 for gutter cleaning) that they did a good job at my house. Third, there was no walk through at the end to make sure that all windows are clean. So if they miss a window, tough luck for you. In fact when I complained about missed or shoddy windows, that's when Bubba (not sure of the real name) started using abusive language. I felt that they were not interested in doing a good job rather getting the job done as fast as they can. They kept complaining that I was getting a huge discount - which I was not because they do 25 windows for $149 (and I have about 40 windows) - get a written estimate from these people because their price kept escalating. Therefore, Shawn permitted his coworker, Bubba, to use very abusive ** language to me when I told him that he had forgotten to clean certain windows. Then Bubba started making lewd comments to me. As Shawn left and Bubba was in the passenger seat of the van, he kept giving kisses through the window and Shawn encouraged this lewd behavior from Bubba without stopping it. This was probably sexual harassment. I am shocked at this lewd behavior as that kind of language or behavior is never acceptable. Nor have I ever experienced such lewd behavior from a contractor as I felt unsafe in my own house. They think they can mistreat a female, use abusive language, and get away with it. I cannot imagine how this company can hire a guy like Shawn or Bubba who refuses to listen to a customer, fails to complete all the windows, and uses abusive language. Because I told them that I was not happy with their work and would not call them again, Shawn said he makes more money than me and they don't care. They still collected the money in full even though they did shoddy work. Also, I think Shawn has another cleaning company and he thinks he can treat this company's clients rudely. As a result, everyone working with him has the same rude behavior. I am extremely unhappy and regret hiring this company.

    Two men were there on time. They worked for 10 minutes and left. The gutters were not cleaned out. They were full of leaves. I called and they told me that they didn't have a ladder tall enough to do the job. The gutters on the front porch are 10' off the ground! They said that they would return and take care of it. They never came back. No refund was even offered.

    I would definitely call Rick at Rolling Thunder for gutter cleaning again. He answered my phone message the same day via text and then came out the next day for the estimate. I happened to be there, we agreed on a price, and he and his associate were able to get started right away. They cleaned the pine needle-packed gutters and valleys and swept needles off flatter portions of the roofs of the two buildings. Very professional and clearly had the equipment and expertise to do the very high gutters, which have posed a problem for other service providers who I have used in the past.

    John did a great job. It was a pleasure dealing with him from the moment we spoke on the phone. He is friendly, punctual, neat and very thorough. I had him clean the gutters on my house and garage. I forgot to ask him if he would remove some branches from the flat top roof over my office but was pleasantly surprised when I saw he had indeed done it on his own. I will definitely be calling him again and recommending him to family and friends.

    This was a deal on Angies List. I saw that this company had an overall rating of B but that was ok. They e-mailed me and told me the work would be performed on July 7 between 9 am and 12 noon. At 1:10 pm I called( because no one came) and got an answering machine. Finally at 2:30 ish I received a call stating that I had been moved back to the afternoon. Well know one contacted me to tell me this. When the company came they just handed me the receipt and said no apology. I had to be the bigger person and say thank you.

    After waiting three weeks, they refused to clean them at the last minute because the guy said I was to far away. I called his manager and she said that its my fault for not calling to see if I was close enough. They were very unprofessional and I would not work with them again. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back and hired someone else at a better price and he cleaned them the same week.

    Tried contacting them for 3 or 4 weeks with no response. Johnny finally called us back on Sunday and scheduled the work for Monday, and gave us his cell phone number. After they did the work I asked for the invoice and they told me I'd have to contact Johnny. When I called Johnny he apologized for it being so hard to get a hold of them and informed me there would be no charge for the cleaning.
