    Plaso Construction
Entire structure went up in two weeks in December, 2016. Their work included framing, installing wood siding, windows and door, roofing, gutters and downspouts, concrete block foundation, concrete floor, and electrical after we put up the insulation, interior walls and ceilings. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a similar structure. They were here when they said they would be (!) and worked the entire time they were here. The price was reasonable and they did a great job.

    Pole Barns Direct
I needed to build a pole barn on my property and needed a contractor that was registered with the Summit County Building Department (big government is great...).  The building department provided me with two names - one visited my site but did not provide a quote despite my insistence and the other did not want to build the barn exactly how I wanted and turned out to be $10,000 more than Pole Barns Direct.  I also got a quote from Morton but  they started at $50,000.
Luckily I found Pole Barns Direct by reading through the entire list of Summit County registered contractors.  I did the online quote and it was very reasonable - even less money than the unregistered Amish wanted.  I set up a meeting and spoke with Neil and Rob about what I wanted.  They delivered exactly what I wanted and for a great price - steel siding and roof, gutters installed, cupola installed, also installed windows that I provided.
Pole Barns Direct just needs a level site to build on.  I contracted an excavator to to that work.  I also payed a surveyor to drive stakes locating the building as I needed to make certain setbacks per zoning requirements... Pole Barns Direct had the barn done in under a week.  After they were done I had concrete poured and electrical installed.
I have been recommending Pole Barns Direct to friends and coworkers.  Would not hesitate to use them again.

From first contact to last nail I was happy with this company.

Installers were quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

Price of complete shed was less than big box options and had better options such as shingles, floor and primed walls.

Mr. Handyman of East Solon and Aurora Areas
Great! All the guys on the work site were very personable. Got all the work done, and some additional things that popped up. Great bunch of people to work with. They even picked up my materials at Home Depot!

    3G's Construction
There are 3 numbers you call in an emergency: 911, your mother, and Rich Gould.
As stupid first time home buyers- my husband and I, our realtor, and our home inspector all missed major termite damage done to our downstairs. After over a year of investigating legal action, it was decided that the cost to sue was too high, with the outcome not being guaranteed.
After receiving several estimates upwards of $35,000 (and that was just for the hardwood and subfloor work), we thought we would be stuck with a dangerous situation that we could never afford to fix. Certainly, we'd take a loss if we ever sold our home. And then came Rich!
We had brought him in months before to quote a different project, and had never contacted him thinking this was outside the scope of his company. We neglected to realize, there is literally NOTHING he can't fix. And if he can't fix it- he knows who to call to get it done.
Not to sound dramatic, but he truly was our angel for this project. It was a total disaster area for a couple days- I mean you rip out your subfloor it is gonna be messy! But he and his team did their very best to keep us comfortable.
He always answered or returned my texts and calls. He always asked me first is something unforeseen needed done. He kept me constantly in the loop, and often did not charge me for little extras that came about. He even gifted us new baseboards because he refused to use the old ones!
It was a huge job that took a bit longer than the anticipated 3 weeks (about 5)- mostly because of crazy stuff you find in a 80 year old house, or because I added things on to his list. He is a perfectionist, detail oriented, professional, and above all he is fair and kind. In fact Jackson (paint & drywall expert) was sent almost immediately to my house to correct something minor on the ceiling.
The final cost did exceed the original price, but not by a heck of a whole lot- and mostly due to my add ons. And even with all the unexpected repairs, Rich either found areas where we could reduce the cost, or did not charge me if it was negligible. He is
I trust Rich, and all of the guys on his crew to come in my house, and do whatever they need to do. As a woman, you hope if you ever find yourself alone with a contractor, you feel safe. I feel totally safe with anyone associated with Rich in my house, with or without my husband being there.
Shout outs to all the guys: Mike, Steve, and Rich Jackson, (and an unnamed plumber)- all great friendly guys willing to go above and beyond that helped with the project.
There is NO ONE ELSE I will ever use to do anything around my house without either A) Calling Rich first, or B) There is no B.
In fact, they are starting our bathroom reno next week! By the end of this year- Rich Could and his guys will all practically be family, and I am very okay with that!

    superb pole barns
They were fantastic! They came out and they immediately gave a quote. In fact a couple of the providers we had called from Angie's List came out and provided a quote. Superb Pole Barns told us when they would be here to start. Obviously the weather is terrible in Ohio this year but they came out, they had a crew of 4 guys and they put this garage up in 3 days, and had it completed. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. I have no complaints or anything that I feel anybody would need to be forewarned. I never had a problem.

    Dan Guardo Contracting Inc
I am a recently new home owner and had a dated kitchen (1950's)  Shopped different contractors to find the best quote for the job.  Dan's proposal beat out the other contractors by far.  He came out and met multiple times before the start of the project and was very organized.  He was very flexible with my schedule (as I work in the evenings).  He introduced me to his workers that would be helping him on the kitchen before they even started.  His employees displayed professionalism throughout the duration of the project and constantly kept me updated and informed on the progress of the renovation.  Dan was easy to get in touch with at all times of the day and addressed any issues himself personally.  He was not always there himself but inspected his employees work at the end of each stage of the project.  He made valueable suggestions on areas of construction and renovation that I am not familiar with and let me make the ultimate decision instead of just doing as he saw fit.  He finished the project in a timely manner and the final bill was not a penny more than his original proposal.  He is hardworking and passionate about his business and I would recommend him and his employees to anyone I know.

The workers arrived exactly when they said they would. They built the shed from bottom up. They were professional and experienced. The shed is very good quality with a solid frame. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a solid wood frame shed.

I called one morning and they were out in the afternoon to discuss the project and provide a rough estimate. My spouse and I were naive about pole barn construction but asked around and educated ourselves and found it was the right way to go.  We also had an estimate for the typical construction and there was no comparison in cost.  We were provided with a booklet containing pictures and descriptions of past projects including phone numbers, names and addresses.  We looked at about 7 of the jobs and spoke with 3 people.  One person wanted to talk about his garage for a long time as he was so excited and pleased. The detailed written estimate was returned to us within a few days.  My spouse and I discussed it for a couple of days, taking into consideration the excellent suggestions offered by Tony and Rick.  We then set up an appointment for them to come out and sign the contract, paid a portion of the cost (which is clearly stated on the written contract).  They began work immediately with laying out the building.  This was a Thursday night.  On Monday night, we suddenly heard a truck in our area.  It was Rick and Tony to begin moving around dirt.  We were pleasantly surprised that it began so quickly.  After that, we were not surprised with the speed at which the job progressed. The quality of work is very good.  Good quality products.  They saved us some money by using the exisitng garage door opener in the attached garage. We signed the contract on July 17 and both garage projects were completed by August 24!Tony and Rick were available to us if we needed to call, but we did not.

It went very well. I have no complaints with them. I highly recommend them and have told other people about them. They are the best contractor I've had in quite awhile. He is prompt, friendly and the prices are very competitive. The workmanship is excellent as well.
