    City ruined lines. Innumerable phone calls to Texas answering center. Could not understand one. No local contact. I had surgery that day.  Family needed phone for personal, business and connection to international ca.. co. only considers 911 call an emergency.  Internet has always been very slow despite promises to improve speed next day repair.

    The service man came about 4 hours early, asking if he could install. We asked if he could please arrive between 4-6pm, the originally scheduled time, when my husband would be home to oversee and watch the process. He didn't provide official identification with his name, but just said he was with the cable company. He had multiple piercings, which I didn't find appropriate for working in my home. I informed him that I was about to leave, and he needed to return between 4 and 6 pm, when my husband would be home. He wasn't happy about leaving, but did and returned during the scheduled time we appointed. We have a bi-level home and a ladder would be needed to reach the area where the additional lines would be ran in the home. The installation was done very sloppily. He didn't clean up after he was done, and left broken pieces of cable laying around. My dryer door was open, and we had a footprint on top of of the dryer. Later that evening, I tried to close the door on the dryer, but it wouldn't close properly. The dryer door is bent and broken. I called the office to let them know of our dissatisfaction with the experience, as well as the broken dryer door. Chuck, the sales representative, called and followed up with the service man, letting him know of our displeasure. Chuck had his supervisor call me. She told me she would be turning this over to the technical manager. I have not yet received a call from the technical manager. I have tried to touch base with them multiple times, but have not heard back. I work hard to keep my property nice, and I don't expect a service man to come in an break my belongings.

    I worked for Atwood Trailer Service and this was for the company. When the sales woman called and started to give me the offer I told her we weren't interested because the last sales person made promises and did not keep them. He also would not help get problems solved. She said that was wrong and she would be there until it was fixed if there were any problems. They installed the equipment. We had two lines. But when people would call in they would be on both lines. So we ended up with one line. I called their tech dept. they said it was fine on their end and we would have to get a new phone system or call in an electrician. I told them the business was not willing to do this. I was told their would be no extra expense from the sales dept. They said they couldn't do any more. I called the sales woman who said she'd be there for me. She passed the buck. I went round and round the company being passed from one to the next.  I finally asked to cancel the contract since it didn't work. They had to check things out and see if they could do it. They only way we finally got anything accomplished was to contact the phone commission (can't remember what they are called at the moment). They finally cancelled the contract and gave us our money back.
