  Although arriving on time, the two cleaning personnel were super quick and brushed through the whole house doing the bare minimum. They forgot to clean the bathroom vents, neglected to clean the shower heads that still had soap scum, and used water to clean the floor instead of the solution I provided them with (i.e. Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner & Polish). After all that, they only had stay for two hours and 5 minutes from the time they arrived, and they charged me for two hours and a half. I would not recommend these people. If you want a thorough cleaning, either do it yourself (as you know best how you like things done) or research and compare. Also, $240 is way to expensive for 2 hours of horrible cleaning. I recommend looking online at at least 6-8 hours of services (as this is what it would take to do a deep cleaning), and something under $300 bucks.

  Provider ignored all emails. No service provided. Tried to contact three times by email, only to be completely ignored. Seeking full refund to my card that was charged immediately...but no service provided. I would caution anyone from using this service.

  Ruth's House Cleaning

  The cleaners worked hard for 5 hours. The house was cleaned well. The stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher haven't looked this good since they were new. I would recommend and use them again. The only issue I had was getting the appointment set up, which was partially my fault and the cabinet doors and shower floor were not cleaned as well as I hoped.

  Ruth and her crew were a pleasure to deal with. She was responsive to my questions and it was easy to schedule the work. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They solved some difficult cleaning problems and left the house spotless. We were very pleased and plan to use them on a regular basis.

  Oscar's Cleaning Service

  Oscar and his team of cleaning professionals did an outstanding job cleaning the property from top to bottom.  It is imperative that a sale property be as clean as possible for a prospective buyer.  If it is not, buyers start deductting amounts from their offer.  Oscar out performed my expectations, and it was not the first time he has done so.  I have used Oscar's Cleaning Service twice before including for my own home, with similar outstanding results.  Oscar provides an estimated cost of the project in advance by doing a preliminary review of the project and then he sticks to and honors the agreed to price which was his estimate.
  
  I highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone seeking to obtain top notch cleaning services.  I look forward to using Oscar again in the near future and would recommend him without reservation.

  Ruth's House Cleaning

  It didn't. They were a no show. Waited 1-1/2 hours. Called owner. He sounded like I woke him up. It was noon. He was confused. Said he didn't have my booking. We spoke 2 weeks ago at length and made definite appointment for today. Very disappointing.

  Every nook and cranny was cleaned and the house looked and smelled great. My only criticism is that they started upstairs on 2 bedrooms and a bath and took a long time, so I had to purchase an extra hour of cleaning for $65.00 in order to have my kitchen, dining area and living room cleaned.

  We had a great experience with Oscar's Cleaning Service! Everything was spotless, top to bottom and there was no chemical smell, just a good, clean scent. They went above and beyond anything I expected and I was completely pleased and will now regularly have them come in to clean my house!

  Ruth's House Cleaning

  It went great.  They showed up with their own cleaning supplies - all I had to provide was paper towels and garbage bags.  They did a great job on two very dirty bathrooms, two kitchens, and the downstairs apartment.  I have them coming back next Monday as I have a lot more that needs cleaning.  Once we get through the whole house the first time I'll have them back regularly to maintain it.
