They are excellent. Cheryl Gross is the doctor and she is very good with my dog. She seems very experienced and very thoughtful and gentle. They are definitely accommodating and I would highly recommend them.

Linda's Pet Nannies are great! I have work with Linda's team for some four years now, with daily walks for our two (now one sadly) dogs - a border terrier named Stanley and a schnauzer named Harry. Stanley and Harry have loved their walker, and always trot off happily for boarding occasions where they often get to play with other dogs. I would highly recommend Linda's Pet Nannies - they are flexible, responsive and really lovely to work with!

My husband and I explained to the vet that the puppy just arrived the day before and he went through quite stress traveling on the plane from Midwest to New York. Our puppy was already vaccinated with rabies and other vaccinations he needed at that time. However, the vet insisted to inject our puppy Bordetella vaccine (kennel couch). As being the first time a dog owner, we didn't know what else to do or say to the vet besides listening to his advice. He was scaring us about how horrible kennel cough could be when a dog is infected with it. Thus, my puppy got Bordetella vaccine. On that late afternoon, my puppy got really sick. He was weak and couldn't move. He was unable to eat food. I was in panick. I thought we were going to lose him. I called the vet but there was only an answering matching. Then, I called and talked to the bleeder. She suggested to give him 4 doses of nutrical, giving one dose every 15 minutes. She said his sugar level might have been very low. She said after an hour if he was still weak, I needed to take him to ER. After giving the puppy 4 doses of nutrical, he was able to get some strength to get up from his bed. However, it took a few weeks for our puppy to regain all the strengths and himself. The vet did not have to give our puppy Bordetella. He wanted to do it so he could charge us that fee. One of my friends recommended me to request the office to refund the fee we paid for. I did listen to that suggestion and went back to the vet office. I explained and complained that the vet almost killed my puppy. Then, the office gave me the refund. I will never take my dogs there again. I would not recommend the vet office to anyone either. They only care about how much they could charge to a pet owner. They don't really care about pets/animals.

Jen is definitely very knowledgeable and has a good rapport with dogs. However, when I checked my house video cameras I noticed that the visits were always under 10 minutes even though it was supposed to be a 30 minute visit. I also noticed that post walk status emails were sometimes being sent before the walk was even done. I emailed to asked if there was a reason the walks were short but never received a response.

Six weeks later, my dog was returned to my home and she was transformed.  She is well behaved, happy, and engaging.  She loves to go for walks and rides in the car.  As a matter of fact, she and I go for bike rides (I ride, she runs).  Ramella was wonderful with my dog and with me.  She took the time to make sure that I understood what I needed to do to continue to move in a positive direction.  I highly recommend Ramella and Ramella's Canine Academy.  A+

My 15-year old cat stopped eating. A difficult diagnosis - kudos to Dr Meglino for his excellent diagnosis skills - determined a mass on the liver. Cancer was initially suspected. Surgery was performed by a specialist who was able to remove the entire mass. Analysis of the mass proved it to be benign.
Pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care were all excellent. The entire transaction was handled with sensitivity and professionalism. Dr. Meglino took the time to answer all my questions in several conversations which ultimately led to  the right decision being made to perform the surgery. My cat recovered very quickly - as predicted. It only took her 4 days to return to a completely normal routine: eating, eliminating, playing. She is still going strong today, 9 months later. Dr. Meglino followed up regularly for several weeks after the surgery.
The price for the type of surgery is reasonable for the area (greater NYC).

I go every other month because he has a grooming service as well. I like the idea that if my dog needs shots the groomer will take care of the dog for me and take him down to the doctor for me to get his shots and then groom him for me. That's convenient. She is the only groomer and vet I have ever gone to. You do have to wait because he is in demand, but he gets to me quickly. He is a very good vet and takes care of the canine unit for the dogs at Mt. Vernon.

I got the dog from a rescue, and they are coordinating with the rescue. I followed the vet from a former location, he's so good. They’re really great with the animals, and everyone I talk to loves them. They are outstanding.

Ramellah is firm and yet very responsive to the owner's sensibilities. She pushed us to try new things, but not to a point that was too hard or fast for us to accept.  The training and tools she suggested have transformed our relationship with the dog. I had to recognize that the dog needed a lot more exercise than he was getting from running around in the back yard.  So I instituted two long walks a day--at first, reluctantly, and now I look forward to them too.  We also got him a treadmill.  Ramellah taught him how to use it...I am not sure I could have done that.  But now he loves it and frequently asks to get on it.  Our problems with his destruction of things, and his incessant barking in the back yard are largely over. The new approach requires vigilance and consistency on our part, and has been very rewarding.

    I highly recommend Ramellah.
