    I was not familiar with a deep clean. Now I fully understand. It is the cleaning that most homeowners will not do on their own. It involves cleaning every space in your home. Rosa and her staff really impressed me. They spent 9 hours in our home and walls that I was ready to paint I no longer need to paint. My son's crayons and pencil markings have been removed. So I guess I also saved money and time:) I was also impressed by her organizing skills. We had a closet that was in serious need of organizing. She went in and made it work. We can now walk into the closet and use it. She also ran a few loads of Laundry for us and folded them! Really going above and beyond what we expected. I will hire Rosa and her Staff once a year for spring cleaning and will work with her to schedule an ongoing monthly cleaning.

    It went very well. It is important to have your list of priorities ready so that you don't waste time. We got focused very quickly on items to be sorted out. She was very helpful in making decisions of what should be kept, donated or tossed. She even took the donations to good will and mailed me the receipt.

    I called Lauren for help in reorganizing and staging our kitchen.  She was extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone, and was flexible in making an appointment that fit our schedule.  
    On the day of service, she was prompt and went right to work.  She asked a few questions, like whether or not to discard expired food, and if location of kitchen items can be changed.  
    We left her to her work and returned a few hours later to find our kitchen completely reorganized, with a stack of receipts and other random paper for us to go through that had been in drawers.  She even organized our junk drawer!
    We look forward to hiring Lauren to work on the rest of our house.

    I did not know how much I needed Nina. She was just fabulous. She was also very compassionate and helpful. She stayed for the full four hours. I am having her come back for additional services. I feel like she gave me my vacation back and gave me more time back with my daughter. I am a single mom and I am very grateful for her service. I felt like the deal was worth every penny.

    Well from the first time my wife and I met Kiernan we were hooked. We looked at other movers but his personal yet professional personality won us over. He quoted us one amount. Today when they came, they were right on time. Not a minute late. They were supposed to make the move in six hours and they did it with time to spare. TJ and his crew were amazingly fast, honest, professional and they even had funny personalities. There was not one mistake made. We had everything boxed up but we had a lot of boxes. They also had to break down and setup again big furniture. The apartment we moved from was on the sixth floor and our townhouse has 3 floors. They moved all those heavy pieces up the stairs and set them back up again. In the end our price was lower that what was quoted. I will only use these guys for my moves. Thanks Redline.

    The person I used was lovely, wonderful, and very friendly.  The prices for me were a little too high.  I would like to use her again but I don’t have enough money.  She helped me in making certain decisions.  I wanted more from her but it was more than I could afford. I would use her again if I could.

    For the handyman and first use of the organizational service, the crew arrived on time and went right to work. No cell phone talking while on the clock.  He was completing tasks while I was out running errands. I was actually out of the home most of the time they were there.

    The organizer they provided was wonderful! We moved out a banquet table, two metal filing cabinets, and almost everything out of the office. She helped me reorganize the shelving in the office. She was also very careful about ensuring I could access the items I use regularly. She removed all of the things I didn?t want and donated them for me. She only took one 20 minute break to eat, despite being here a majority of the day. She was just amazing and incredibly thorough. She even cleaned things like baseboards and other flat surfaces as she went.  

    The housecleaner sent out, Brigitte, was just amazing! There are no words that express how this woman cleans! She was incredibly thorough. The entire house had a glow when she left! Literally every surface was shining. From walls and ceilings, to the bathroom vent, to the tops of the door jams, to the floors, cabinets, window sills, appliances, even that area between the stove and your counter was left pristine. She also took donations as we went. There was nothing left that wasn?t cleaned by her. This was before I had AC, so she worked this diligently in the heat. They used green cleaning products that smelled wonderful without being overbearing. The owner of the company actually makes the products herself.  

    When the organizer came for the third visit, I needed an extra set of hands. It was the last day of my remodeling project. I called and asked if they had someone available for today and they were able to accommodate my request.  Dion was here within an hour! She came equipped with the same eco friendly products and wiped everything down. She took over 300 DVD?s and CD?s and removed them all from the packaging, and put them into a storage container. She was very detail oriented! She also removed the donated items so I didn?t have to myself. She helped me clean out my linen closet and install new shelving. Dion also ironed every single window panel in the home; 15 in total at 96? a piece. She also helped me to unpack my artwork and also unpacked my new dishes, washed them all, and helped me put them away. She also cleaned out under the cabinets in the kitchen, as well as under the sink in the bathroom and helped me to organize my beauty products. Dion was here for about 4 hours and was absolutely great from start to finish.  

    Everyone from the scheduler, Troy, on down, was wonderful. He even provided me his cell and all additional contact information to ensure I could reach them. There is no doubt in my mind that I?ll continue to work with this company without reservation.
