    Don, Dr. Philip C.
Dr. Don's office is the the prettiest doctor's office, but his expertise makes up for the not so glamy office. I went to my appt at 6pm he take patients until 6:45 which is AWESOME for a working mom like me. I came in and signed in to wait my turn. As per usual he had 6 patients ahead of me, (NOTE: come in really early because he always has a lot of patients). He dedicates each patient his/her time necessary so I don't mind the wait. When it is my turn, I am called in and he asks the usual "how am i doing", "how can he help me" i tell him what is wrong and he evaluates me. let me know of any new medicines in the market and tells me the pros and cons of them. After that he writes his notes and give me my prescriptions if any are necessary. He is not rough and tries to be honest but in a nice way.
On my way out the receptionist asks if i need a appt and schedules me one when necessary. He gets the job done in adequate time. Would not trade him fro any other derma.

The office lost my referral from my doctor's office and it all went down hill from there. I found the doctor to be rude and annoying. They made appiontments but when I got there they had no idea what i was there for. That happened twice. They made an appointment for a day when the office was closed and the only person in the office looked it up on the computer and saw the appointment was made for that day but instead of apologizing like  you would expect, she just argued that they were closed. I never in my life witnessed a more disfunctional office! One hand never knew what the other hand was doing. I felt the doctor, Ellen Teplitz was trying to be a comic with her in house audience (staff) at the expence of her patients. She handed me a huge bill saying it was for creams (that she profits from). This office and doctor should be investigated. I later found out that 4 of my friends used her and left for the same reasons I did... The office I'm referring to is in Tuckahoe, N.Y.
Save yourself some time, money, and aggravation and go elsewhere!

    Kaplan, Dr. Sherri K.
She is an expert in her field and saved my husband from melanoma spreading. I trust her with our lives. My husband's father died of skin cancer so we are extra careful in the doctor's we see. There is a long wait. It's because she is so thorough and careful; she is a very popular dermatologist so she has a lot of patients.

    Ellen Teplitz MD
The doctor told me by phone that my biopsy came back pre cancerous and she wanted to do a laser treatment to take the damage off and gave me an appointment  a couple weeks away for that procedure. I still had an appointment before that and when I showed up they didn't know why I was there. The doctor asked what I was doing there and I told her she had given me the appointment so then she figured out that no one cancelled this appointment. She told me to come in and she'd scrape more barnicals off my face which is suppose to be a joke cause of my age. She told me to follow this other guy that she was taking barnicals off his face too. Not very proffesional. I got a call from their office to change my laser appointment and make it sooner, but I was going to be out of town so the girl doing the appointments told me to come in June 7, 2013 and when I showed up the office was closed, but the lady inside asked me why I was there, and I told her I had an appointment for laser treatment, she told me the office is closed and there was no way I had an appointment, but she invited me in to check on it and found I was right. Rather than say she was sorry I was put out, she just kept maintaining that they were closed. No apology or asking if I'd like to make another appointment. I asked her if everyone there was on drugs! I told her the office and the doctor is a mess and I plan to go elsewhere. I have never in my life seen such confusion and rudeness on this kind of scale. One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. There seems to be no communication between them. I had 2 procedures there and both times I had to wait close to an hour to be seen. NO ONE IS DRIVING THE BUS!!! It's like the inmates have taken over the asylum. I was told by 3 friends who went there that the doctor just seems to be interested in pushing her own very expensive products than anything else so they found someone else they all like so that's where I'm headed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

She is very helpful and my skin has really improved. The staff is very helpful and always answers my questions. Waiting time is a bit long, but they do explain if there is an emergency. They also have a clean office and the Doctor is very accessible.

    Scarsdale Medical Group
I took my elderly mother to a d1fferent dermatologist who dod not treat the skin condition seriously. This MD did, prescribing 2 different topicals, as well as taking a culture to verify her clinical findings., Top notch treatment! Greta phone follow-up as well. The Group did not take my mother's Insurance (Medicare Advantage) but did bill it, and then gave her a small additional break in the price.

    Goldberg, Dr. Neil S.
I have seen tons and tons of dermatologists and he is the only one who is kind enough to tell me what it was I had, why I had it and he told me it was nothing that I do to myself, it's just like a disease I have. He was also kind enough to reassure me that I was not the only one who have that and it will be okay and he said that he will do something about it. He explains what he is going to do before he does it.

    Goldberg, Dr. Neil S.
Doctor was through in his investigation and performed a minor surgical procedure deftly. He discouraged other procedures that were of no medical consequence. His manner was friendly and his approach professional. I will continue to engage his services as needed in the future.

    Saffran, Dr. Richard H
The reason I like Dr. Saffran is because he has a great sense of humor. They were the only office I could find that would see me on short notice. Their office is punctual and runs on time. He is very professional.
