They were great!  They fully explained in detail everything they were going to do, providing me with costs upfront and discussed alternatives if I was interested.  Called the moment things were complete and were accommodating to my schedule.

    Westchester Toyota Service & Parts
These were the last of unnecessary services regularly sold to me from this provider.  Over many years, I regularly serviced my Toyota Matrix with them.  It was the first time I owned a new car, and unfortunately, I focused on what they had to say rather than the maintenance schedule manual.  I am much slicker now.  They regularly sold me unnecessary tuneups, coolant flushes, wheel alignments, fuel injection services, and probably, power steering fluid changes, increasing the push over shorter intervals and of course emphasizing my years rather than mileage because I put considerably less miles than average on over periods.  Toyota?s Super Long Lasting Coolant is supposed to last more than 100,000 miles, so why so many flushes?  And most people know that tune-ups, especially repeated ones, are unnecessary until a huge amount of miles are on.  None of this helped anyway, the car had lots of problems, contrary to what one would expect from a Toyota.  I recommend going to another servicer or garage.

I arrived to the location and I was greeted by the supervisor or manager of the shop and I expressed my assumptions of what I thought was wrong with my SUV. To make the long story short, a wheel alignment was required and they suggested that I change my back tires due to the wear and tear they have received. They explained everything to me and how much it would cost to replace the tires; the best part in a stressful situation is knowing you have options and most importantly they provided reassurance.
The whole process took about a little over one hour; they fully explained all the details of the wheel alignment and I was happy with the final product. From this day on Central Tire & Auto will be the only shop involved with my SUV.
I recommend them very highly and they take their time explaining the details of the work they do.

Victor, Rino and the entire crew at Total Car Care are simply the best.  My husband and I have used them for over 10 years.  They always call before performing any work to let me know what the problem is (and sometimes advise NOT to have the work done, saving me time and money) and their work is impeccable -- we've never had a problem.  They are honest, their prices are reasonable, they are punctual, and they treat us like family.  They are the only shop we entrust our cars to!

Was suppose to change a tire and we ended up waiting all day because of them having to order the tire from another location. After our phone call to them regarding status we were told that tire was in and will be changed and to pick up car in an hour. When going to pick up the car we realized that not only wasn't the tire not changed but that the tire was the wrong size. The professional way to handle a customer was to order the tire, call the customer regarding status and checking the tire accuracy when tire was delivered and then most important to call the customer if there is a problem. If that wasn't bad enough they then could not find our only key to the car that they were holding in a plastic bag. The amount of stress as our kids were in different locations and needed to get to a championship game and another child needed to be picked up from a sporting event as well as us needing this car to get our older child to college. My husband ended missing the winning championship game that our son played, we had our daughter waiting after an event for 2 hours until we can get to pick her up and this we were so exhausted and delayed in packing this car for college. The end result is that the car's tire was never changed, the wheels were never rotated because at this time they couldn't find the key, and they finally found the key after searching their establishment thoroughly and finding the key on the floor behind tires.
We brought our cars into this establishment since 1989 and although the change in management seems to throw the organization, and that this particular situation was extremely unprofessional in lack of status calls to customer and then losing the key, we realize things happen. In their defense they stayed at establishment 2 hours after they closed and searched for key to make a bad situation right and then gave us comp vouchers for future maintenance visits.

They are really amazing. What had happened was I had gotten a flat. I was at the supermarket when I came out I had a flat. I was able to contact them, they gave me a number of a tow truck, they weren't able to see me that day, but the guy would put a doughnut on it and I could drop my car off the next morning. This way they could give me a tune up and everything like that, so that was helpful. It was on a Saturday too. I was able to get everything worked out. It make it real easy for me. They were not cheap I would say because it is a dealer but I'm comfortable paying for it because it keeps my car on the road. That is the area that I don't cut corners on.

Had hopelessly flat destroyed tire. Needed a new tire. Drove in on my little spare tire.
Service and personnel could not have been nicer and more helpful.
Fresh coffee and dough nuts in the waiting area.
    Competitive pricing.
Will go there again for tire needs.

    Sam's Club
The tires lasted a long time, I couldn't get over it, I had them rotated every six months but they really lasted. Sam's Club is very good. You had to wait but they put the tires on and they were pretty good. There was a free Samsonite luggage when you get four tires. I needed tires and that was like an incentive for me to get the four tires, but that was back in the 90's. You have to wait, they usually just got two mechanics changing the tires and you could have several customers ahead of you.
