This was a huge 8-month job with the variety of complications and required changes an old house can throw at you; throughout the process Craig and Jerry offered excellent design suggestions, collaborated very well with our architects, worked diligently to stay on budget, and each day demonstrated craftsmanship and professionalism of the highest level. C&J’s team of subcontractors and designers are excellent too. These people are the best the building trade has to offer: conscientious, skilled, creative, and a pleasure to work with. ABennett Contracting IncThey did a great job. They worked on a house that we are going to sell and they had an impossible job. Nobody else wanted to touch it basically and they not only took it on, but they did a great job as one carpenter in particular that worked on it and he was the only one that worked on it and he did a marvelous job. It was on enclosed back porch that carpenter ants and some water damage that gotten into. They put new sills on and they wrapped with new aluminum because the old aluminum around was dirty looked and rough. They put new stuff on and they just did a wonderful job. ABennett Contracting IncThey found some rot in the walls of the sunroom. They took out all the rot and put in new support. On the outside they put in a layer of new sub-siding and then they put on the aluminum siding. They did a nice job. I liked them. They were professional. They were on time. They cleaned up the mess. AWe had Keith build our screened in porch several years ago, and we were very happy with the porch and his work. I called Keith for an estmate on this bath remodel. He came on time, took a lot of notes, gave suggestions, etc. His estimate was reasonable (similar to one of the other estimates). We decided to use a different contractor primarily due to scheduling of the project.

AAlthough he does much more than gutter cleaning, Mike did a thorough job cleaning my gutters for a very reasonable price. Just having met him, I will definitely be calling him for future jobs.
