The doctor has been available to the patient and me, as spouse for questions and information. The patient is improving and the doctor continues to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis.

    Mahipal Chaudhri MD
He takes almost all insurance types, including medicare. The visits have been outstanding. He did an extensive background questionnaire asking about what medications I'd been on and how they were working. What's unusual is that he ordered about 12 blood tests from the lab to see if he could figure out what had caused my condition. This was different from most psychiatrists who only diagnose and order medication. He wanted to see the levels of vitamins, minerals and hormones to make sure he was treating the right condition.

    Tulio Ortega MD
I have been going to see Dr. Tulio Ortega for about an year and a half.   He is very knowledgeable and he genuinely cares and listens to me.  I would recommend Dr. Ortega.  He actually takes extra classes every 6 months to keep up to date on treatment advancements.

had severe back pain, did not know I was severely dehydrated Dr. Wisiorek was on duty that night he examined me and his conclusion was for pain med and IV fluids it took 8 separate nurses to get a IV started in me and not 1 touched me twice, I have been in and out of the ER and 9 out of 10 times I got Dr. Wisiorek he saved my life and I am very grateful. I wish he was a family doctor because he really CARES for the patients. AS for the nurses I can only say they are the friendliness and kindness people I have ever met that ER is the only one I would ever like to always like to go to no matter what... GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!!

It took pretty long to get an appointment with him, but he turned out to be worth waiting for. I have seen him about 5 times and would highly recommend him.

She is very professional. She has given me some really great ideas and has also helped me get feelings and ideas out of myself. She has a very informal atmosphere. She even gives me assignments to help me work on myself. I am grateful by her service. She came as a referral from somebody else. She is very caring and has really been able to help me help myself.

    Livingston, Dr. Colleen
I had tried to quit smoking many times before treatment by Dr. Livingston. I contacted her office after hearing positive reports, and she was very patient. She worked with me, followed up on office visits by calls to my cell phone when necessary, was very encouraging, and with proper balance of medications and counseling, I was able to stop smoking.

Horrific. Her phone service told me that she was accepting new patients. I got an appointment- after explaining to them that I did not have Medicaid. She explained that she required two intake appointments. I have been to many providers over three decades and that sounded excessive, but it took a long time to find someone who was accepting patients. At the first intake appointment, she asked the questions that all psychiatrists ask to establish a history. I noticed that she never took a single note, either on paper or on her laptop. Very unusual. She did make a copy of my insurance card (Medicare). When I arrived for my second scheduled appointment, she told me that it was cancelled, and I should leave. I did. At first I thought that I might have said the wrong thing. Then I realized the truth! I believe she does "intake" appointments with patients who will never be patients- she does not intend to take them. She billed my insurance company, I had to pay a large copay, and I complained about the crappy treatment. Then she lied to my insurer:  1. That they had called to cancel the second appointment (they hadn't), and 2. She had dropped me as a patient because she thought I was on Medicaid (absolutely not true- she had a xerox *COPY* of my insurance card, which reads "Medicare Blue Choice").  The insurer and I both paid her, and all she had to do was look interested. Now I've seen some very poor psychiatrists, but this is ridiculous. My insurer accepted her lies, and I had to pay her for providing NO care whatsoever. I even had to go to another physician to get the prescriptions I needed when she dropped me. Avoid this one! Don't give her your business! Her behavior is both unprofessional and untrustworthy. Even her answering service is awful. I write this review to warn other patients who may fall for this. I would also like to make clear that I don't have some reason to persecute her, I was only seeking psychiatric care. Avoid!
