    Unfortunately I've had bad luck this year and had to go to Sonny's several times. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I've recommended people as well and never got negative feed back. My cars are not top notch luxury cars but I do lease and maintain my vehicle in top notch condition. Sonny's has always done a prefessional job and my cars are always detailed to showroom condition when returned to me. They also have Hertz rental service as a new addition right at the shop which is a plus.

    I have had insurance companies try to to send me to their repair guys and i learned the first time that it was a big mistake i took my 2007 Accord to their guy and after three lousy paint jobs and many hours wasted i just left it at that and then a few years later the paint faded. Another accident happened and my son inlaw recommended Sonny's i took it to them and when i got my car back it Looked brand new in and out. I have taken a 2011 Accord and now my 2013 RAV 4. Jimmy and Rob are the best. You are treated like family. This is a highly professional operation. Sonny's is on a completely different level when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. Note that your job will not be a rush job but it will be a job done right.

    Everything was great. The driver was there well before departure time. He is an excellent driver and very accommodating (as it was raining and we needed the bus more than usual in Philly). Booking the bus was easy and the staff was great right from the start to the finish. I highly recommend Omega.

    I have been to other shops and so far this has been the best one. They did an excellent job, and took the time to explain me how everything worked. What I liked the most besides their knowledge was their prices, definetely would go back to them in the future.

    Was approached by an eager young man named Kevin who made me feel like he was thankful I was even considering his business. I told him I don?t have a lot of money and I would to preserve my paint job as much as possible. He understood and showed me his upfront chart with pricing of what we both agreed I needed. At no point my car was not being worked on(no time wasted).
    Used a one bucket hand system to wash the car but the sponge never touched the bottom of the bucket(I can see everything from the viewing booth). He used the clay bar prep towel on the second wash.
    Paint was fading on my spoiler so it looks like they decided to apply the wax with the machine throughout the car to get some of the color back(which worked).
    I had some scoffs from pulling into my narrow driveway and they cleaned those up nicely.
    A missed spot here or there in the weird spots but I didn?t expect an perfection in an hour and a half for $85. I would say they got about 98% of the car(I was pleased).
    The interior clean was pretty basic in the included price with just a vacuum, window clean and dusting.
    I plan to go back every season to get it waxed. My 3000gt looks great.

    They did a complete detail of my vehicle afterward. It was beautiful, and they gave excellent service. I felt like they treated me like family, and they didn't overlook anything. They also had great coffee!

    Work came out excellent. Highly recommend their work. Because the work was done properly, the amount of time vehicle was in shop took longer than expected. Price was very reasonable, so that's why not too much complaining about vehicle taking so long. Just have a backup car or plan, owner gets many customers.

    Jason was great he was able to schedule my service on a Saturday. He explained what usually needed to be replaced, checked, etc. and gave me an estimate (which was less than what another mechanic quoted me). He said he'd check everything first and call me to let me know what he recommended. It was what I expected so I had him do the work. Jason was very friendly, professional and he did a great job. He mentioned I'd likely need new brake pads soon too but said I could wait for next oil change so he made a note. I will absolutely take my Pilot to him for service again.

    Finally found an honest, competent mechanic! Very friendly and straight-shooting. Work is quick and very good. Won't pad the bill, and if you live nearby they'll drive you home when you drop off your car. Jason knows Hondas inside & out. Great shop.
