AThis is a very busy animal hospital with a lot of veterinarians, so it is sometimes chaotic. However, their vet care is first rate and AFFORDABLE! You can actually go in there and not pay over $100.00 for a visit. I had switched from a vet who was ridiculously expensive, and Glens Falls Animal Hospital gives better care, accurate diagnoses and is MUCH cheaper. I will never go to another vet. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats so price is a major consideration in choosing a vet.

AI had an amazing experience with Countryside Vet. I had a friend recommend the facility to me. My black lab isn't the easiest dog to get along with because he has severe anxiety. The technicians and nurses were so understanding and caring. They gave him treats and didn't rush into petting or meeting him. They had me muzzle him as a precautionary, and they were very understanding and explained everything to me. They allowed my sister to come into the exam room with us, to help keep my dog calm and relaxed. When they administered the shots he was getting, they were quick about injecting them and kept him as calm as possible by talking to him and petting him. The wait time to get see was no more than 30 minutes. When they weighed him I explained he might not fully cooperate and they were so understanding that they talked to him and gave him a little treat for doing so well. The veterinary doctor I saw took her time with us and even took the time to answer questions I had. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. The environment is so calm and laid back, the nurses and technicians behind the main desk are so polite and considerate. They take their time with you and explain anything you have a question about without attitude or hesitation. Everything they do is in a timely manner and without hesitation. I have had to cancel and reschedule appointments due to personal and medical issues and they have been so understanding. They rescheduled the appointments without any aggravation or hesitation at all. When you finish the appointment they have a little area where you can purchase toys, food, and treats. My dog was very well taken care of and received the best care ever. I have continued to go back to Countryside and have even started bringing my service dog who's a purebred blue nose pitbull. They do not discriminate between breeds. So if you are looking for a loving and pet friendly veterinary clinic, Countryside Clinic is the place to go.

Full service grooming, doggie day care, mobile grooming and small animal and cat boarding. We use all natural products. All groomers have at least 2 years experience and are certified.

AThey were very flexible with scheduling. I was able to work around the snowstorms, having to reschedule. They did an amazing job and the dogs were very happy. You could tell that they were well cared for and they looked adorable when they came home with bows and bandanas. I have been to other local groomers and did not have a good experience. The House of Groom was worth every penny and I will be back many more times.

FKEN'S GROOMING POSTBeyond horrible.. Appointments mean nothing waited over an hour sitting in a driveway that is not able to hold all the clients that have appointments scheduled at the same time. Ken is rude and leaves the teen daughter ...not certified to accomplish much of the duties he is over paying you for the last straw for me was my miniature coming home and having to rush him ti the vet the following day.. my dog had a lacerated corna. 1 to I would never recommend. found a great loving groomer. my dog is much happier, does not come home shaking if fear.. i feel so bad to ever put my dog thru that type of treatment- Colleen N.

ABlue Hill GroomingThey are the best. I have been to other places that, really I didn't trust them. I seen them mistreating the dogs and all that. Blue Hill is very good. We've had Shitzu's for the last 20 years or so. We've been to many places and this one is the best. They also board dogs. They are very professional, very clean and do a beautiful job on the dogs. Shitzu's grow they don't shed and it gets very tangled under their belly. They are very little and when they go out in the dew in the morning and it gets all wet. It gets all tangled and I can't even comb it out, I've tried and can't. They just do a beautiful, beautiful job. I'v taken my dogs to a groomer once that the dog moved or something and she stuck the scissors in her eye. Another one clipped her ear. So, these people, I trust them. We've been going there for about 6 years now and they are the best. At Blue Hill they don't do things like that. I know they're are good ones and bad ones. My daughter used to be a groomer and was bit a few times, so I know it's not an easy job. They do big dogs too. I think it's a lot but I don't know. It doesn't smell in there either. APetSmartI love that petsmart calls to confirm my appointment the day before services. This time, they also wanted to know if an earier time was better for my schedule. Torie, Ashley and Donna have all been excellent in the past. We have been using petsmart grooming in middletown, ny for the past four years. All staff is loving towards animals and greets you with a smile at the door. They answer all of my questions and accomodate all of our needs for our dog. They provide an estimated time frame for hong long it will take, and offer to call you if done early. Upon pick up they let you know how their experience went and our dog looks great.
