ASuburban Pest Control LLCI live on the fringe of their territory, about an hour away from the company, but there was no hesitation by the woman who answered the phone. She listened to my problem, then set a day and time for a visit, just two days away. The guy showed early. He did a thorough search outside the house and in the basement and found a suspected point of entry. He was friendly and professional. This is a family business and it's clear they take pride in running it well. We had to reschedule a follow-up visit twice, once because of illness, once because of weather. Both times there was timely communication. They are very accessible and return calls. These guys know what they're doing, are very friendly, prompt and conscientious. It's my first call next time a squirrel gets in the wall.- Tom D.

AAbsolute Pest ControlAbsolute Pest Control, Inc., 12 Wade Rd., Latham, NY 12110 (518)382-5577 APC was highly recommended by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Rick Zalucki, the business owner made the first visit and set up the bait stations and trays. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and listened patiently to my questions and concerns. We toured the house and property together. He determined the type of pest and explained the pest control program. The two follow up visits where made by Jeff Villenueve who was most helpful and courteous. On his last visit Jeff showed me where he had performed minor exclusion work. All visits where on time, scheduled in advance with a reminder phone call the evening before each visit. All service reports were provided electronically via email. Service terms were COD payable on the first visit.- Michael H.

AMike Partlow surpassed all expectations. The cost of his services was considerably less than that of another contractor, who also gave us an estimate, and his plan was much less invasive. Mike, though he traveled a distance to get to our home, was punctual. He was neat, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Because I tend to worry a lot I had many questions along the way. Mike's patience never ran out. We were in constant contact by email until all my questions were answered. We hired Mike to treat mold in our house. Not only did he do that but he came back another day to give a second treatment. He suggested, with good reason, that the bathroom fans should not be vented into the attic and that the ventilation in the attic needed to be improved. We agreed to have him vent the two bathroom fans to the outside, and to install a fan to better vent the attic. Mike did all the work with great speed, with minimum inconvenience to us, explaining everything all along.

ATrue commitment to excellence! Made contact through Angie's List and they contacted me within a couple of hours. The other 2-3 companies which I contacted through Angie's list have yet to contact me! Vinny arrived on time and was very professional and to the point. He did a thorough examination and assessment of my property and quickly arrived at a conclusion and proposed a plan to exterminate the mice in my basement. Aside from identifying the problem he also identified possible points of entry from the outside and made logical suggestions to eliminate these entry points. There was never any effort to up sell me and he accepted payment via check, cash or credit card. Highly recommended! Thank you again for superior service!

FI called on a Monday morning and was told someone would be there that day between five and seven pm. No show, no call. My husband called the next morning, Tuesday, and was told we had an appointment with "Chris" for the next day, Wednesday, between two and four. Again NO SHOW, NO CALL!!! We will be finding some other company to take care of our pests.
