AA & A ElectricA&A Electric was a fantastic electrical company to work with in every sense. Anthony displayed complete understanding of the complicated work that needed to be done and was able to complete the work in a 1/3 of the time compared to everyone else in the area. Our space needed everything to operate a complicated industrial bakery and used 3 Phase, which did not trouble A&A in the least. Every step of the way Anthony was patient and was able to overcome any issues with practical solutions. The work was impeccable, clean, and the price was more than fair! ANorb Miller General ContractorNorb removed my old kitchen and reinstalled a complete new kitchen. He knows what he is doing and was helpful in design suggestions and making changes that worked better for the kitchen. All the work they did was high quality, and he is really good with tile. His pricing is reasonable and he made things right without charging more. Only negative was dusting the house when they removed the old tile and they could be neater but it is construction work. You shouldn't hesitate to hire him for your remodeling project.- Christopher L.

AJTC Remodeling IncWe are extremely happy with the results of our remodel performed by John Schroeder of JTC Remodeling. We stumbled upon John from a referral of another contractor. He and his brother in law Dale did an exceptional job on a very difficult remodel. John gave me an estimate that was thorough and detailed and at the end of the project there were no surprises. He was on site when he said he would be and didn’t disappear during the job. We renovated an attic space adding a set of stairs from the first level to the attic in our cabin on the Lake. We added a large bedroom, new bathroom, TV area, additional storage, 2 windows, lighting, new outlets, custom shutters, some siding repair and split system Air Conditioning units. Sounds easy, however the floor Joists were not uniform, the space had no insulation at the beginning so it was extremely hot, due to the angles of the roof some of the space was very confining and we had to figure out how to add a set of stairs, plumbing and other items in a very small area. That said, John’s attention to detail solved a major obstacle we had with this project. He consulted with a stair contractor that enabled us to add the staircase without significant impact to our first floor living space. He figured out how to build the stairs to code in a very tight area. John takes his work and reputation seriously. He goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the results. He did this job over 6 weeks while we were over 3 hours away. We entrusted him with our house and the $40,000 investment we were making from afar. Like any significant project, we had a few issues come our way, however working through those issues were relatively easy. John has a list of subcontractors that are also very talented and trustworthy. We would not hesitate to hire John again or refer him to anybody- Stephen H.

AAMV Interiors and Construction IncIt went great. Contractor, AMC Interiors, Alex, showed up when arranged. Alex and his team came prepared. They asked lots of questions throughout the process to make sure they got it right. They did extensive work gutting both rooms, replaced windows, had to level floors, install new flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinets and appliances. They were open to suggestion and made valuable suggestions. While they were here we started the "might as wells", when you have a good contractor you hang on to them. We did our upstairs bedroom, spare room, office and part of our living room in shiplap. Their attention to detail was appreciated. I am a stickler for detail and they surpassed my expectations. Our home is 75 year old half round log and they made the siding they had to replace outside match perfectly. It is difficult having people around your house for extended periods of time but AMV Interiors was a pleasure to have around. They were respectful. Did not use inappropriate language and had fun while they worked. It made it easier to have people around the house. AMV Interiors was simply great. They worked safely. Cleaned up and left things in order ever day. They hauled away all the debris everyday and when they left the place was clean and ready to use. They made the experience easy and left us with a beautiful house. HIRE AMV Interiors. You will not be disappointed.- m h.

AHad a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.
