ADaniels Backhoe ServiceRodger Wilson of Daniels Backhoe Service did an excellent job installing my new Singulair Aerator septic system! The work was done carefully, and Rodger communicated directly with me throughout each step of the installation. I was so happy with his work that I hired them again the following year to install a new underground drainage pipe unrelated to the septic, and to repair a large portion of my blacktop driveway. The work was of high quality and has held up over time. The drainage eliminated a large wet area in my lawn and I see evidence that it is worked as designed every time we get a heavy rainfall. ABODEK INC.I have owned my home for 5 years now & have never had the septic pumped. To be honest, I don't know anything about it. I called Bodek on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment & they were at my house Friday the same week. Now let me tell you I have only ever seen 2 septic tank lids in my yard. (Again, I know nothing about septic.) When Mike from Bodek arrived to pump out our septic he told us there should be 3. Nope, there's only 2 I said. Never seeing anything like that before he was determined to get to the bottom of it. Mike did some poking around & digging, (yes digging!) & a foot under grass & dirt, there was a 3rd lid. I never knew it even existed. He could have pumped out the one tank & been on his way & we never would have even known. I talked to the previous owner who had it pumped every couple years & she never knew the 3rd tank existed either & clearly got ripped off from the company she used. In a couple more months I would have had a huge problem. Thank you so much for sending an honest, personable, educated & determined employee to help us with what should have been an easy job. ASzczepanski ConstructionCalled Szczepanski Construction for needed septic work. I was contacted back within a day and Steve (the owner) was out to assess the situation within a few days.They were able to fit me into their schedule almost immediately and all work was done at my house within a day and a half. They were very easy to talk to and kept me informed as to what they were doing as the work progressed. It became obvious that they are very good at what they do and I felt like I was in good hands. The work area was left so clean and nicely leveled off that you'd never know any work had been done there, except that the grass was missing. The bill came in for less than I was expecting and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and do plan to use them again for some future work needed on my property.- Lorie W.

AGaggle CoI spoke with Sue@gaggle and she said that the truck was already near by and could be routed over to us shortly. I called @ 10am and Bob showed up at 1pm. He came in and had our septic pumped out within the hour! He also suggested some things too that could help us out over the long haul of maintaining our septic. Very professional and extremely prompt! HIGHLY recommend!- Tim M.

ADrainMasters LLCCalled the company and spoke with a pleasant young woman who took all my information and then called back with a time and approximate estimate. The provider was about 20 minutes late. They were very professional and informative. They took the time to explain the how's and what's and why's. They were polite. The pump truck needed to be emptied before they finished the job, so i had to wait quite awhile for them to return and finish.- randi w.

FHighly unprofessional. His communication is awful. His estimate came 2 weeks late after he quoted me a good price. When I signed it and returned to him he disappeared. No mail, no call. Nothing. He responded once I texted him, only to state he still planned to do the job before winter set in. When I asked me what date he would be here to start: no response, still none to this day. Don't waste your time!

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

FAuchinachie came out today, December 14, 2020 to have a look at our furnace that went out over the weekend. They said a weekend appointment would cost $300 so we waited until Monday morning. We were told the cost would be $99. The technician arrived around 11 am and was here for about 10 minutes. He told us we need a new gas valve on our furnace. The cost would be $2500. This is highway robbery. We researched the price of the part which runs approximately $350 and labor for 1 hour to put it in runs approximately $170. A far cry from $2500. The technician from Auchinachie then wanted to be paid for his service which was not $99 but was $213. This much for doing nothing except telling us we needed a part. This company is terrible and will rip you off. Do not use them. There are far better people to work on your furnace who won’t try to rob you. No! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AUCHINACHIE.

AMr. Zigmont himself did the work. He had a very confined space to work in. He was like a pro with his equipment. The water was only shut off for maybe 3 hours while the entire sewer unit of the house was replaced. You could not even tell he was here when he was done. I would highly recommend Zigmont's for your sewer needs. He is very honest, a man of his word, someone you can trust.

AThis company is fantastic. I was a little unsure if I needed to purchase a warranty to begin with. I am truly glad I did. I called American Home Guard later that week and the technician was there for about an hour. Even though he couldn't fix it we ordered the part and they paid for the whole thing. I am definitely looking forward to renewing next year. You just really don't know what can happen.
