ABig Apple Installations; Plumbing and HeatingI had two 75 gallon AO Smith gas hot water heaters installed by Big Apple Installations. I had read several negative reviews of AO Smith water heaters and discussed this with Chris on the telephone. He was patient and did not try to "sell" either the water heaters or their services. After I gathered more information on the water heaters, I decided to have them installed. The Big Apple Installations quoted price was excellent and within days of estimating the cost of the equipment and the installation, they were on the job! The job consisted of providing two new AO Smith gas hot water heaters with 10 year warranties, removing the old 75 gallon AO Smith hot water heaters and installing the new hot water heaters in a 5 family brownstone building in Brooklyn, NY. An unanticipated problem was that the new hot water heaters are 2 inches wider than the old ones and it was a very tight fit lowering them into the cellar through a hatch. Throughout the job, the installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves afterwards. I recommend them highly and will use them again when the opportunity presents itself.- Dee A.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AI made the phone call on Monday afternoon. A very professional young man was at my home Wednesday morning, and by the mid afternoon it was all fixed and looked like nothing had ever happened to it. I told him he was the answer to an old lady's prayer! The only drawback was the price, but in these times everybody needs to make enough to take care of themselves and their families, and he did spend quite a bit of time on it.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
