The owner had a beautiful feline to keep me company while he completed the work. I would highly recommend this company and it's rare to leave a store with a smile on your face after spending money.

    I created a 45-minute memory video for my son's class and needed copies made for the students.  I contacted several local companies, and DPS was the most economical.  Everyone I dealt with at DPS, both on the phone and in the store, was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  The DVDs look beautiful and play as expected -- a quality product in all aspects.  I highly recommend DPS Video.

    All were done overnight!!!! Sound and picture quality are great. He is efficient and I do understand his "I don't want to hear your stories" as he has work to do, but this did not prevent us from having conversation! There were some difficulties as my deceased father had actually tried to "fix" the old movies with adhesive tape. Even so, we laughed about it all and the dvds are great! I have already recommended Show Memories to my family and friends and I do plan to use them again!!

    He did excellent! He could not have been more professional, reasonable, or patient. The photos are gorgeous and the video is beautiful. He spent the entire night with us and showed utmost concern to make sure everything was just right. I would hire him for any occasion in the future! He listens to you and makes sure he does exactly what you want. He works by himself most of the time and puts a lot of love in his work! If I could rate him higher than an A, I would. I could not have asked for anything better!

    They did everything I asked and they did a good job. I've used them more than once. They are very reasonably priced and I have had no problems. They are very fast. The cost depends on what they are doing and how much you bring in. The more you bring in, the less it is.

    I had a coupon from Living Social.  I dropped the videos off on Apr 23 and asked to have them by May 5 so I could mail them out for Mothers" Day.  A few days later, I emailed and called to ask for additional copies of the DVDs.  I received no response. I (wrongly) asssumed my message had been received.  I called on the Friday before to see when I should pick them up.  NO response again.  After several days of trying to call, I finally got a call back on May 8th saying they'd be ready the following Monday. ("I did'nt need them for Mothers' Day, did I?")  The following Monday, I called to ask when I should come and was told they still wouldn't be ready.  I finally got them on Wednesday after Mothers' Day.  The quality was fine, but I never got the multiple copies I requested.

    I arrived with a SONY Digital Video Tape of my daughter's wedding to be converted to DVD. I was very excited to provide DVDs to family that had attended the wedding. I thought I had the mini cassette in my pocket and searched for it, but discovered I had left it in the car. The vendor, who's name I never got, greeted me holding a dog, and was dismissive from the start. retreating from the storefront the moment I discovered that I had to retrieve the tape from my car. When I returned with the tape, after he declared, "That was easy!", we began filling out my order form. I was chatty: he was not. He asked me how many copies I needed, and, as I did math in my head, he repeated the question with growing volume and intensity, as if I was a moron for not having figured all this out in advance. The feeling that my business was of no importance to him, and that my 'figuring' was wasting his time pushed front in my mind.  I was already not enjoying this experience, but I was willing to continue. I asked the Vendor what format the DVD file would be. He replied with a screech, "It's a DVD! Who cares what format it's in?" I began to explain that I am an IT Technician, and I wanted to be able to ...  "It's a DVD! It doesn't matter what FORMAT!" More grumbling followed, assuring me that this was a wasted stop in my busy day. He thrust my tape back toward me, inviting me to take it somewhere else. I was so upset about the whole encounter, I began shouting profanities at him that were generally unlike me, and completely unacceptable to any business encounter. I was so worked up, and borderline seeing RED, that I started looking around the storefront with vandalism in my heart. I was actually so worked up that I envisioned causing mayhem.  Fortunately, my gentler nature and my better judgement caught up with my roused temper, and I took his advise. I took my business elsewhere, leaving his shop alone. I could not send my worst enemy to this vendor.
