    Michael Bellantoni Inc
Great! They offered us a few alternatives, we decided on what we wanted. Set a date, they arrived promptly, worked diligently and the job came out beautiful.  Very pleased with this professional company . Pricing was on the high end but so was at the quality.

    Barrier Contracting LLC
I dealt with Wayne Jr. and have nothing but good things to say about him and his firm. From first contact he was helpful and clear in his communication. Pricing was very competitive and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. We're very happy with the service performed and have no reservation in recommending Barrier should you have the need for their services.

.The man who came to give me an estimate was on time, professional and willing to answer my questions.  The men who came to do the work were great.  They worked carefully and professionally.  They explained options and supported my decisions.  I was impressed each time the company sent someone to my house.
Unfortunately, the office which supports these men was unbelievably  bad.  I sent in a deposit and got a receipt and that was the last I heard from them. I waited 3 weeks and then called on a Friday, "Oh," said the secretary, "they are coming on Tuesday."  I asked what was entailed - did I have to be there.  "Oh yes," she said.  I had to work on Tuesday and could not change everything on such short notice so with the help of a manager I changed the appointment to 11/24.  Then on Thursday, 11/20, I got a message stating that there had been a scheduling problem and my date was changed to 12/1.  When I called the office they did not explain why the time was changed and did not want to hear why that change was impossible for me.  They were rude and told me,"Well nothing is written on your form.  How should we know that this would be a problem?"  I finally got the date settled again - another manager Stephanie - told me that they were changing their procedures so they called about appointments when they got deposits and writing down notes.  I told her that the new tank was going over where the old one was so they could not do both parts of the job at once as she told me they were going to do.
When the men arrived from Brewster they did not have the extra tank they needed because the new tank was going where the old one had been.  They had to call Brewster and wait while the extra tank was loaded on a truck and moved down to my house - that took well over an hour.  The information had not been written down nor given to the crew who was to do the work.
Although the crew was great I can not recommend this company because of the incompetence of their office staff who made the entire process more difficult  and very annoying

Demasio is an amazing guy.  He advised me last year to have these drains dug to remedy a chronic flooding problem I have after heavy rains.  He was quick and his workers are good guys who have worked with him forever.  I trust Demasio to leave them alone in the house.  This is a noisy messy job and yet they were neat.  In one day they had dug the trench and carried out the dirt and debris.  The next day they installed the pipes, and the third day completed the job with cement.  We just had heavy rains and the sump pump works great.
Previously Demasio rebuilt my front walk and steps, as well as rebuilt the back patio.  Everything came out great and he is a wonderful person to work with.

Tommy arrived on time, worked throughout the period of time we had available, did an absolutely great job.  The reclamation after the job was filled in was perfect in appearance (once the grass came in).  The job came in on time and on budget.

    WFC Construction Management Inc
WFC. designed and built a 2,850 square foot addition to my home.
I contacted five general contractors; I received estimates ranging from $700,000 to nearly $ 1 Million.
I knew I needed this addition but I was anxious about not knowing much about construction, and I was afraid to be overcharged.
Sabato Di Palma the owner of WFC Construction Management, Inc., gave me not only the lowest estimate, but also gave me a detailed explanation of every dollar I was spending.
I felt like I hit the jackpot when I first met Sabato.
Contrary to every other experience with a contractor (even those trying to bid), Sabato returned phone calls promptly, showed up when he said he would, provided a list of multiple references (who all called me back with glowing reviews of his work).
He took many hours to help me purchase all the materials, and never refused any requests by me or my wife. Never once did the crew
not make it to our home because of our schedule.
Regarding the work done, many of my friends and family who were familiar with the house before WFC's work could not believe that it was
the same house! Many raved that the addition was not only beautifully constructed, but would likely increase the home's value by several hundred thousand dollars more than what we spent.
Many of my homeowner friends considering home improvements are fearful of being taken advantage of. They are concerned that the job the job will not get done properly and/or they will be overcharged and/or the job will not be done to their liking, which would likely result in additional monies having to be spent.
Sabato eased all of our concerns from the immediate outset.
The work and professionalism were truly top-notch, and I highly, highly recommend Sabato Di Palma and WFC Construction Management, Inc..

Based on the excellent reviews Northeast Environmental received on Angie's list and their informative web page, I contacted Northeast Environmental for a ground tank removal in my private home. Although I contacted them by email, I received a call within 24 hours and an appointment was made for Nick to come to my home to give me an estimate and to answer some questions I had about the process. When the date and time arrived, no Nick and no call from Northeast. A call to their offices, after hours, only left me the option of leaving a voice message. The outgoing message stated that they would be unable to pick up messages until the following workday (which was the next day). To date I have not received any calls from Nick nor Northeast Environmental. Needless to say their behavior is totally unprofessional and a a poor indicator of their responsiveness. I would not be able to put my trust in this company in their doing any job for me. This a company that is either not consistent in their delivery of services or their professionalism does not extend beyond their written text.

    WFC Construction Management Inc
My wife and I had hoped (but weren't very optimistic) about finding a one-stop general contracting construction company. We spoke to several firms and were skeptical that a single company could do everything we needed. We were so relieved when WFC said it could do everything that we wanted. Before we hired the company, we called references for all the trades we needed WFC to perform. All the homeowners we spoke to gave glowing recommendations, and several said that they've hired WFC for multiple jobs. Most of the referrals also spoke highly of the firm's owner, Sabato DiPalma. They said he hadn't given them run-arounds about cost, materials, etc., and he and his crew confirmed their statements. WFC built us a new house from scratch. Initially, it was overwhelming figuring out everything we needed, which was why we had hoped to work with a sole company. We had many, many questions about the work and the process, and both Sabato and his crew were always very patient with us. Sabato accompanied my wife and I to purchase materials; they also reviewed the blueprints with us and took care of all the permits we needed. We weren't always certain, for example, how the bathroom, or the kitchen, should be configured, or what kind of materials to use. WFC always provided us with several options and made their recommendations. More times than not, we went with their recommendations, and they always respected our decision. We always felt in control of the process, which we appreciated greatly. The end result was the home of our dreams, a home we want to raise a family in. When we had our housewarming party, we invited Sammy and his wife. Of course, he brought the homemade wine! He is part of our family, and while I'm sure there are other fine general contractors out there, the only one I would recommend is WFC.

A salesman named Dwayne Monaco came and gave me an estimate and explained the job. I got a good written estimate which was exactly what I ended up paying. This is a job that is highly regulated by local building and fire departments, in my town, both are involved. The company got all permits, and walked me through the one I needed to apply for myself. The day before the job, the company dropped off the small bulldozer and blocked my car. When I called, they came and moved it right away. On the day of the job, they very quickly dug up the tank and cut it open so they could remove the remaining oil, which was transfered to a holding tank. Then the tank was removed and examined by the city inspector, before being taken away, and the hole refilled. Meanwhile the new tank was installed. My overall experience was good, and everything was done very neatly except for the last step. When they regraded my front lawn, for some reason they dumped a lot of very rough dirt and rocks all over my grass, thus making it necessary for me to replant almost the whole lawn, a much bigger area than where they dug. They also severed an electric line for my in-ground sprinkler, but their contract waives their liability on this. Both ends of the severed line were left exposed so it was easy to rejoin by an electrician. This is a big messy job and a lot can go wrong, but really nothing did. I had quotes from companies who were referred by my fire department and my oil company; both were much more expensive and the companies did not inspire confidence.
