AAll of the work done by Fabio and his crew was first rate. When Fabio was cleaning out my dryer duct, he noticed the moldly smell in my unfinished basement, which I had been noticing for several weeks. He suggested having his crew work with me in cleaning out the basement -- throwing away junk I no longer needed and the many wet/moldy cardboard boxes I had. His crew and I worked for five hours on my basement non stop (I decided what should be thrown away; they did the lifting and the carrying of the stuff into their truck). After the basement was cleared of junk, they swept and vacuumed the floor. Fabio installed a dehumidifier which within minutes got rid of the moldly smell and an infrared light that kills any mold that might start to grow in my basement. I also hired Fabio to clean all of the ducts in my house. Within minutes, I could smell how much cleaner the air quality in my house was, and how much better my air conditioner worked. Fabio and his crew do exceptional work; they are prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Best Air Professional Cleaning Services.- Ellen U.

DTechnician arrived with only a screw driver (vs other company which came 18 months ago with vacuum cleaner, scrubbing brushes with extensions etc). Technician only stayed for five (5) minutes, which truly surprised me. It appears that he only removed the rear cover of the dryer and possibly checked the dryer hose (but did not clean anything as far as I'm aware). So, the $49 "deal" was a rip off,. I would not hire again.- Perry K.

FWe had an appointment for Saturday between 4-6. They called and would not be able to make it until after that window so we rescheduled for Sunday between 10-11. They called at 10 and said they might have some free time and could get here by 1. Then they called back and said maybe by 11:30. When I spoke to the dispatcher, Boris, who had been very helpful and responsive until that point, he tried to explain that they had gotten mixed up with the timing on Saturday vs. Sunday, and I told him that we simply no longer trusted that they would show up. Then he tried to give me a guilt trip about his guys coming out on the weekend and we cancelled. They were initially very responsive but in the end unreliable for scheduling, and then had an attitude.- Robin I.

AAlan did a very thorough and good job cleaning my dryer vent. I live in an apartment and, at first, he tried to locate where the vent was outside, but, unfortunately it is on the roof and I don't have access to it. But, Alan was able to do a good job by just working from the inside. I had used someone else once and they didn't even try to locate the vent outside. I am very satisfied with the service and would use them again.- Phil R.

FTalked to the owner twice, called another 2 times and left a message, and sent 2 service requests on their web page. They did not respond and showed no interest in doing business. , and sent 2 emails.- Andreas B.

AWe were overdue for a dryer vent cleaning. I had been putting it off because the last guys had trouble keeping the vent hose/duct connected in the attic. We realized several days after they left that the duct/hose was disconnected and spewing lint all over the attic. Peter was excellent. he was responsive, punctual, considerate and knowledgeable. Replaced the duct/hose that was actually an air conditioning hose and not suitable for a dryer vent with an inflexible proper duct. Couldn't say enough good things about him.- MELISSA R.

CThe gentleman was unable do his job on the day he came because he hadn't expected to replace the dryer tube and so my husband made another appointment for the comming Monday which I couldn't make. I texted the gentleman to tell him and had no response until the next day when I called to make sure that he wouldn't come. Then he told me he would call me back which he didn't... On 3 occasions. In the end I called back and bluntly told him if he was not interested I could just call someone else. It seemed that he was very busy that week and that was it. In any case, a phone call doesn't hurt. That's what customer service is all about. So he ended up comming to replace the dryer hose which he did. It required cutting a larger hole in my ceiling which now exposes more to let away heat to my attic. He also left a mess which I had to clean. No big deal to some people, but I call that an unfinished job. The hole to the attic should have been patched so that heat didn't pass in to the attic (and spiders can't come down). All in all he is a very nice guy, good manners and very respectful. Just not very reliable on my job.- Elissa C.

AExcellent service. They showed up on time, worked extremely diligently at cleaning all the vents and the main ductwork. Cleaned up after themselves and did a very thorough job. We moved into our house 2 years ago and it was evident that the ducts had never been cleaned. The system is working 1000x better! They cleaned and sanitized all of my ductwork and grilles.- Ian S.

CThe technicians were competent in cleaning the dryer vents, however, they failed to connect the dryer vent hose to the dryer. On January 13th I went to use the dryer and discovered that the hose was not connected. I called the company and spoke to Robert, I was told that a technician was available on January 16th between 10am and 12pm. On the 15th I received a call from Robert confirming the appointment, and I was told the technician would arrive between 11am and 12pm. On January 16th, the technician failed to arrive. The technician also failed to call me. I made 2 calls to the company and they have not called me back. Poor customer service.- Perry K.

AJoe called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, friendly and professional. He took his shoes off before he entered the home. It took him about 2 hours to clean all of the vents in our home. We would recommend Lowes in the future.
