  The office contact person, Kathy was helpful and patient with my multiple phone calls and questions. When I was told someone would call me back to set up a time for an estimate, I was called back quickly, the estimator arrived at the time agreed upon and I received a written estimate that day. He answered multiple questions about the estimate and service plan to my satisfaction. Once we agreed to the estimate, the work was scheduled promptly. The electrician doing the work arrived at his appointed time, was careful to outline again what the work would encompass and let us know when our electricity would be tuned off for the work to be done, so we could prepare for the outage. They were flexible, working within our time frame for a return visit the next day to finish up a few details. He took the time to go through the new panel with us and labelled each breaker with the item or room it serviced. The original electrical box was crowded with a tangle of wires, the wiring in the new box was neat and orderly. Everyone was professional and helpful every step of the way and left the premises tidy when they were done.

  It went very well.  Jeff was very prompt and performed all of the work himself, along with his son and/or daughter.  He was fair and honest and made sure all the work was done to our satisfaction.  I've just recently asked him back for additional jobs, and will always use him whenever I need any electrical work done.  I would also recommend him to others.
  IOne example of his going the extra mile was the selection and purchase of the lights for our driveway and walkway.  At first he assumed we would be purchasing the light fixtures and lights, since I mentioned that my wife would want to "choose the design" for them.  It was our understanding that he would show us options for them and we would choose which one we wanted and then he would purchase them, install them and charge us for them.  When I made clear to him my intentions on this matter, he was very helpful.  He gave us catalogues and websites to look at, but they were too overwhelming because  I was getting ready to go into the hospital for a major procedure.   We therefore gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and asked if he would choose them, purchase them and install them.  When we got home from the hospital over two weeks later, they were installed and perfect.  He did a marvelous job of understanding our tastes and our budget and doing everything just the way we would have wanted, had we been home to oversee it.

  DOUBLE-POLE ELECTRIC CORP

  We had recently purchased a JASCO track lighting transformer, track, and pendants.  I also bought a low wattage dimmer switch.  These lights are complicated to assemble and install (I've done it before), but once they're in, they're beautiful.  Ron arrived on time and was very pleasant.  He knew how to put all the parts together, helped me move my table out of the way, and installed the dimmer switch.  It took his two hours, which is a reasonable amount of time for this type of light installation, and was very neat and polite.  I would definitely use Double Pole Electric again.
