    Renovace Development LLC
I need to renovate my bathroom completely and found Renovace and contacted Dave. Happy for my decision, everything started and finished on time as promised. They even cleaned the bathroom once finished. Great experience!

I paid this man $65,000 for renovating my house. He took all of my money and ran off, stole all of the supplied that I paid for separately, and then refused to pick up my phone calls. Do not hire this man, he is a fraud and owes money to several unassuming customers in the Buffalo area.

    Bath Fitter of Buffalo
Great experience. Sales rep that did the initial measure was very friendly and knowledgeable as was the rep we saw at the showroom when we first looked into a Bath Fitter. The installer was prompt, friendly, did an excellent job and completely cleaned up afterwards.

Installers arrived promptly, worked diligently, cleaned up any debris. Work was completed in less than a day! Easily accommodated our request for placement of grab bars and somewhat unusual placement of hand held shower to make it easier to use when seated in shower chair. We especially like the design of the track for the shower doors which make cleaning so easy. No nasty tracks to clean!

Bathroom was stripped to the sub-flooring, tub removed & that area stripped to the studs. Exposing a glass block window that had been covered for 30 years. We had tile installed in the shower and the window was tiled around. Peter Casal did a beautiful job. There was also new door, medicine cabinet, toilet, light, & new linoleum floor, everything was very professionally done. There was a snow storm one of the days and he and his helper couldn't get back, he called. The next day they were hard at work again. We are very happy with the results of our remodel.

    Kitchens by Dennis Zielinski
His workmanship is shoddy and careless. He only wants to get the job done and get it done in a hurry, he doesn't get paid until its done. I threw him out of my home before the job was completed and after he made 3 major mistakes and numerous, numerous small mistakes. Such as: installing cabinets so the built in microwave didn't fit, take the row of cabinets down, put in the proper spacers reinstall with screws in new holesnow with theold holes showing. Such as: installing the cabinets on another wall 13/16 of an inch too long because he didn't follow the print and didn't rip the first spacer board to size making whole wall off 13/16 inch and then the granite countertop didn't fit, they had to take the whole wall down more holes more time wasted he had the audacity to try and put the screws into the original holes on an angle to hit the studs this would compromised the strength of the holding power of the screws as well as look shoddy. Next, Dennis installed the expensive spice rack so wrong the Kraftmaid guy came out to try and figure out why it did not open and close correctly and he said it had to be torn out and brand new one put in. Such as: the raised dishwasher cabinet was damaged by Dennis's careless installation of screws that broke out the side and took a chunk of wood with it so now I have a patched side to remind me forever. The dishwasher did not function correctly because of improper installation, I had the dishwasher repairman tell me this, I had to pay him to fix it. I had to replace 8 doors on cabinets because of Dennis's shoddy, careless, crooked and wrong handle installation. He actually had the balls to argue with me that the handles were straight even after I got a level and showed him right to his face that they were not. I have an extra 1 inch hole in the cooktop cabinet where Dennis thought the gas line was going but was wrong. Next, after he was installing the fold out drawer under the kitchen sink in his usual fast and careless way using the wrong screws and his hammer drill, and it was clearly apparent it would not function correctly when he was done and after experiencing all the mistakes and absolutely lousy craftsmanship and with the delays of over 4 weeks, I threw him out of my house, I then called Home Depot and told them to send someone else to complete the job. I spent thousands of dollars on this kitchen I don't need it put in by a hack. Avoid Dennis Zielinski. HE IS A HACK. If you don' t believe me I can show you the pictures. I have all the screwed up doors in the basement. What a nightmare.

    • Walked me through step by step of what was going to happen.
    • Had an appointment to pick out everything for the bathroom.  While this sounds like fun, it is very stressful and the team that I was working with could tell I was getting stressed and changed the way I was picking out each item.  Then it all came together and I left very happy.
    • Started a week earlier than they gave me.
    • Had a lock box on the house, never saw the crew, but they left everyday with a very clean area.
    • It almost was like Christmas when I came home from work to see what was done each day.
    • Called me when they found an issue, (I knew they would find something) walked me through it and told me what they were going to do to fix it.
    • Office called me to let me know when they would be back.
    • Little did I know, my neighbor was keeping an eye on what was going on and told me after the end of the project that they were very professional while they were at the house.
    • They told me the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they were right on.
They tore out my flooring, ceiling, walls.  New plumbing was installed, new electrical work was done.
Everything new was put in.  I didn't originally have a medicine cabinet, and they put one in.  I wanted a corner shower, which the plumbing would have to go on an outside wall, so additional insulation and changes needed to be made to protect the plumbing from the cold. They suggested to put in a smaller vanity to give me more room in a very small bathroom, and it looks fantastic.
The bathroom is more than I thought it would be.  Absolutely love it.  I show it off any chance I get.
This is the second major project I've had Ivy Lea do and again, they made the job stress-less.

I am a cancer survivor still on the path to recovery. I've lost a lot of physical strength, but my mind still works (mostly) and I am very grateful for the fantastic work these folks do! ? I love the team that has been cleaning with me! Especially Jolene! She listens well, is detail oriented, professional and works hard! ? I always have a long list. ?They help me prioritize and they do as much as they can within the time allotted while being very flexible and sweet. They even put up with me when I work along side them, as I'm able. I requested they come one day just to help me and my young daughter purge and organize her room. ?I was prepared with containers and trash bags and we accomplished a tremendous amount in a very short time. I can't ?wait to have them come back!

Workers he had on sight were very professional about everything.  In the End I had to have the partner fix the wall for three days

because I was not happy with what I was looking at.  I could have put pictures about the work by him, but chose not to.  I would

not recommend this company for future work.

This company method of giving people hope and never admitting they are not going to do the job is cruel. it is still hard for me to believe this is the same person that spent so much time with me and was so positive about the job.
