AREIMERS APPLIANCE SERVICEMatt cleaned our the drain line and about 3 weeks later I noticed it was leaking again and I called and talked to Wendy and Matt came back and took another look at it and he notice 2 drain lines need to be resealed and since he has done that I have not had anymore leaking as of today. I was very impressed with their customer service and I was not charged a service call for Matt to come back a second time. They stand behind there work and I will not hesitate to call them again.- Linda M.

FHe called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.
