The cleaner came on time, was polite and respectful, and very effective. I requested that anyone coming wear a mask the whole time in my house and that was not a problem at all. I was told that all of the people wear masks in their clients' homes and was told what cleaning they do on their equipment. I was very, very happy and would gladly use them again.- Emily S.

They called ahead to ask if they could come earlier than originally planned when they had an opening, and arrived promptly. They were very professional in their approach, and had the proper equipment to protect newly painted walls. The carpet and upholstery were done efficiently and well. AJ & R CARPET & DRAPERY CLEANINGFantastic job. Was here 10 minutes before expected. (unusual for any business) My carpet is creamed colored and more than ready for a cleaning. Have a dog and a cat. Had another that had been sick several times on the rug plus foot traffic area that was pretty bad. The carpet looks brand new. Couldn't believe it cleaned up as it did. The last time I had it shampooed they told me they couldn't get out the stains. R & J did. The recliners also look like new. They had never been done. AWe had grey wall to wall carpeting performed by this group about a month ago. So far, so good, we love the carpets and have not had problems. We also purchased the carpets from the same group so this made it super easy. They moved the heavy furniture and really helped a lot. The owner David came and inspected personally. We have two little dogs, so we bought carpets that are made to help protect against little accidents. We have a ranch and they did the whole first floor including all bedrooms.
