They were on time and worked constantly to complete the job. The back door was the most complicated, but they accomplished the task effortlessly. ARM Pena IncThese guys are the best! We have been replacing the all the windows in our house, these were the last 5. We have a big house with 6 bay windows, and 15 regular. We had them replaced in sections had some from Sears, pure garbage, Home Deport, fair quality. I wish we would of did our whole house in these windows. These are beautiful, excellent quality with a great price. We were just interested in getting our patio replaced, an 8 footer. The salesperson told me about the windows they sell. We had budgeted $5000. for the patio door. The patio door was only $3300, I was quoted $2000, to replace just the glass from others and decided to go with new. I told him we have only 5 more windows to complete the house, He gave us $75. off each window. Sold! The guys came installed were neat professional, it was not like that with any of the others. i live in the boonies and it took them at least 50 minutes to get here. They did it all in less than 5 hours.- virginia V.

My door showed up a few days late due to Covid and we had to reschedule due to weather, both times Dave immediately contacted me and asked what days worked for me, rather than telling me what day(s) he would be back. Upon completion of the work, I could not be happier. Dave and crew lived up to expectations both in quality of materials provided and in expertise of installation. I found Dave to be supremely honest and a first rate business owner. After shopping around through several contractors, Dave was also as competitive pricing wise as can be found, without sacrificing in quality of materials. FOn the appraisal they had rough opening for 10 windows. They took”rough opening” out of the contract and we didn’t notice it, but they charged us for the rough opening which the owner said would be about 300 dollars a window. That’s $3,000 that they over charged us that they would not refund. Because they just did replacement windows, the windows are about 3 inches less window pane, and we can’t put air conditioners back in. Do not trust this company to work on our house! The owner can’t be trusted and will take your money if he can and then call you a cheat because we were not happy with the results and wanted a return for the rough opening that they didn’t do. I did like they construction team, but their salesman Rob is the worst. He does want he wants instead of what the customer wants. Bad business to work with.....stay away

AI'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional.

AJason came to perform estimate and flew a drone over the house to get a look at the situation. I had been interested in faux slate and Jason recommended the GAF Camelot II product which looks great. The main roofing crew worked like beasts and had the main house and garage done inside of 2 days, working morning to dark. Patrick and crew followed for the detail work on the siding and copper, which came out awesome, and they even worked the last day in the rain to complete the job. Overall couldn't be happier as this job wasn't an easy one given the height and odd angles of my older house. Everything was timely and the jobsite kept as clean as can be expected. Most homeowners don't understand just how messy a roofing job is due to the nature of the work and materials. These guys consistently kept the site cleaned up and were very thorough in picking up nails, debris, etc. I have several neighbors commenting positively on the job, some in envy of the copper! I'd recommend these guys to anybody without thinking about it. They are the real deal.
