AStaats MasonrySerena from Staats, a family owned business, was prompt in coming to look over the work. She didn't rush the visit and looked over the entire property. She made numerous suggestions about things that I could do myself to help with moving water away from the foundation. She also reviewed the sidewalk which is breaking up and heaving. She was prompt in sending a proposal with details. But for the time being we are delaying the job until next spring before the shrubs begin to grow. Serena was thorough and knowledgeable about the things that had to be done. And I will and would hire Staats because of the honesty and knowledge.- Ronald W.

AStaats MasonryThe whole process went very smoothly. They cam out and gave me a free estimate for the work. They were back in a couple of weeks, on time, dug around the hole, filled and patched it, and even lay new dirt around the hole to make it flush with the lawn. Veteran owned general contractor - residential or commercial. Company began in 2012 with owners totalling 30 years experience - 1-5 man crew depending on size of job. Locally owned and operated. Billing procedures - credit cards, checks or cash - commercial billing differs from residential.

DEstimate looked good, never showed up again. The day he said he would be able start came and went with no phone cal or visitl. I called them and they said they had an emergency state contract and would have to put me off for three weeks. After three weeks they never called me so I called them they told me they couldn't do my job till another time due to Corona virus and I should feel free to hire another contractor, the clue they dumped my job and never intended to do it but wouldn't tell me that. They put me off for weeks without contacting me wasting my time. I took their advice and happy with their competitor Better Construction Services who I highly recommend. If you didn't want the work you should have been honest. They don't keep commitments, and don't contact the customer. If you contact me and complain about his I will hire a lawyer, you earned this review. I work in electrical construction and I won't consider this business in the future. Good luck on your project.

Apretty good, a little longer than anticipated but had to put in new subfloor that wasn't planned for. Plus Patrick charged what i thought to be a really fair price for labor, compared to the other estimates i had received. The bathroom turned out really nice at the end of the day.

ABob and his crew were great. I installed my own forms and had the area excavated and ready to go. He gave me a quick quote and he and his crew brought the concrete from the tuck on the street to my backyard where the pad was being poured for our hot tub. It was about 150 feet from the front to the back, They showed up on time they stated and met the truck and did the work. They floated and finished the concrete for a reasonable quote I felt. The pad was 9x16 by 4" thick. I would recommend them

AWe hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality. At first we had met with a few other contractors who came in with sky high quotes that would have given us a simple addition with basic materials. Matt came through with a MUCH better quote including premium finishes and some original ideas on top of what we had in mind that we NEVER thought would be possible on our budget. Through the whole process, Matt, his team and everyone he brought in were extremely professional, courteous, clean and talented. Every time a big part of the project was completed I was blown away with the results. We even threw a curveball when our second child came a week early, but they stepped up and got a ton of work done so we could return to a livable space. At the end of the day we got everything on our wish list and even some things we didn’t even think we could wish for! We could not be happier with the outcome of the project! A big thank you to Matt and his team!

AIt has been our great pleasure to work with Nick and Caribbean Pools. When considering which company to choose, we picked Caribbean because they were prompt, patient and transparent. They’re also a local, family owned company with over 30 years of experience. Nick took the time to sit down with me and review every aspect of the associated installation costs. He explained the timeline and even came over a third time to review the details and recommended location with my wife. I drafted up a design plan for the patio and pool which they were able to bring to life (see photos). Their prices were competitive and I feel that we recovered a great return on our investment. They were on time to the job, polite, safe and respectful. They made sure that the job site was left clean and safe at the end of every workday. At the completion of the work, Nick spent the morning reviewing the operation of the pump and heater as well as maintenance. Overall, I cannot recommend Caribbean Pools highly enough. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and plan to continue to do business with them (openings and closings) for years to come.
